This house is beautiful! Lots of room to enjoy time together and apart. The most beautiful views of the mountains and Christmas lights of downtown Estes. Loved our stay in the best house ever for our large family.

My family of 14 arrived the day after Christmas and we had the best week in the best house! There is nothing this house doesn't have. If I had to choose something it would be more towels, we had to wash towels everyday, but it wasn't a big deal. Every pot, pan, appliance you need is there. We were able to spread out and not be on top of each other. Will definately be back!

We loved that we could walk down the street to the lake. We loved the closeness to downtown and grocery shopping. We loved the communication with the staff. We loved all the towels and soaps and laundry detergent available for us to use. It was the BEST vacation ever!! Thank you!

This house was very spacious for our group of 15 people and had a spectacular view of the mountains. It was very clean and had a well stocked/equipped kitchen. It was nice to have a working hot tub that both kids and adults could enjoy. The pool and shuffle board tables were a big hit. A highlight was seeing two herds of Elk pass through the back yard. The management was quick to respond to any questions, and easy to work with.I have already recommended to friends that it’s a wonderful place to stay.

Stayed for the week. There were 11 of us and it couldnt have been more perfect. A very well appointed home with a spectacular view. Plenty of space and very comfortable beds. We would absolutely consider staying here again.

We really enjoyed our time at the “big house”, this is what the kids in the group called it. Highlights were the accessibility to the lake- we took walks down to the water daily, the wandering elk and the hot tub ( the water temperature was super hot! Probably would be good to knock it down a few degrees). We were bummed that the only outdoor seating available was a small amount on the deck. We were looking forward to eating our meals together outside. There were two outdoor patio platforms that were empty of furniture. Instead of eating together, we had to spread out- some inside and some out. Overall, we really enjoyed being at the house!

What a great home and location. Close to downtown Estes and RMNP. Beautiful accommodations and we really enjoyed our stay. Seeing elk in the yard each morning was a bonus. If you are looking for a family or friends vacation home in Estes, look no further.

The property was very nice. The rooms were large, comfortable and clean. The location was beautiful beyond words. The property manager was communicative and accommodating, easy to work with.
The downside for us was the restrictions… no more that 16 people on-site at ANY time… no more than 7 cars… even for a short time while we repack/reload. For us that was difficult and stressful at times. I understand them not wanting this to be an event center/party house but that wasn’t the case at all. Seems like the neighbor was making trouble for this property management company and they were doing their best to buffer us (their guests) from the neighborhood feud.
I hope others will enjoy this home as much as we did. It is lovely. The second kitchen on the lower level was a huge plus for us!

The layout was great. Plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would ever want. Really enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and the pool and shuffle board table made for fun tournaments in the evenings! Highly recommend!!

We had a group of 12 stay at this VRBO for a destination/elopement wedding. Location was great, house had lots of extra rooms that we didn’t even use (formal dining) large hang living room in basement with 2 different tables for playing games, pool table etc. we spent most of our time in the kitchen, eat in dining area, which was great. We did not do any cooking really but seemed to have everything you need for that. We thought we would be cramped for bathroom space but it worked out just fine. Beautiful views off back deck, elk in the yard first morning we were there, which was awesome to see. Excellent location, great walking trail that goes all the way around the lake.

This was such an enjoyable stay. A group of 14 family members stayed in this beautiful spacious house. Everyone was happy. The home is surrounded by beautiful views, there are so many games and activities for everyone young and old. The home is conveniently located to many attractions. I loved our stay.

Ron was quick to respond with any questions before and during our stay. Check in and out process was seamless and organized. They don't require you to do bedding to checkout which was nice because some have a huge cleaning checklist and charge a huge cleaning fee but not Ron! It was basically just like start the dishwasher. The views were amazing and the hot tub was nice to have so close! 100% will stay here again!

This home hosted me and my husbands family for our elopement in Rocky Mountain National Park. It is in a great location with BEAUTIFUL views of the mountains. The home is very well kept up and creates such a beautiful setting. The master bedroom was our favorite, views through all windows and such a nice bathroom! Highly recommended!!!

This property was clean and overwhelming beautiful! The space was wonderful for our 10guests and it made for a wonderful 40th birthday celebration for my husband! Close to everything and beautiful hikes close by!

We decided on Estes Park for our family reunion because of its central location for our family. We could not have been more pleased with the location and setting. The house was laid out perfectly for family privacy as well as central gathering space.

We stayed in this home for my son’s wedding at Dells Terra. It was the perfect size and comfortable for everyone. The master suite is gorgeous and the views are breathtaking. The property was super clean, plenary of towels. Maybe an extra recycle bin would be good, but we also recycle a lot. Overall fabulous.

Family Vacation
My family and I reserved this property for a summer vacation. Accessing the property was super easy and we were even able to get in early. The house had the perfect amount of rooms for us. My husband and I stayed with our 3 kids along with my parents and my 4 adult siblings. Everyone had their own room it was perfect. The amenities at the house were great. The hot tub was nice and relaxing and when we were ready to have some fun we played with the shuffle board and pool table. There were three decks to enjoy the spectacular view - one with a fire pit to warm you up in the evening. We were visited by an elk family almost daily - as well as other wildlife. My young kids enjoyed the hidden play room and playing in the yard. The house even had everything we needed for out littlest- pack n play, high chair and baby gate. Overall this house exceeded all of our needs and we really enjoyed our stay!

We loved the outdoor space as much as the house. We had family and friends for a CSU graduation weekend. The house was big enough to bring us all together for fun and allow us all to have our own quiet time when needed. Did I mention the view!!
