Amazing ,peaceful and highly recommended

Basically everything. From the moment of contact with our host until the moment we left. Sam(our host) contacted us with a video on how to get the key and we were able to contact him whenever we wanted and he would respond immediately. The villa was immaculately clean and had everything you would need for a home. Also it had many little extras like dinks, toilet rolls , cake, chocolate and more. The rooms are huge and welcoming and the decor is fantastic, I would have it in my own home. The pool area is large . spacious and very comfortable, with pool being larger than expected. So I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be staying again in the future.

Excellent, all impeccable

Everything was impeccable, the owners have great taste and everything was very well presented and organised to a really high standard. Sam was available for advice and checked with me that there was everything that we needed. In all, a very generous host, the welcome pack was exceptional. He was able to give us leeway on check-in and out, and we appreciated that. Highly recommended.

Great villa in a good location

Lovely villa - very spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. It was quiet at night, we all slept well. The location was great, just a short walk of 20 mins into the centre of Costa Teguise, along the promenade. Hosts were responsive and very generous with what they provided - fruit, wine and chocolates as well as lots of bottled water on arrival and all the kitchen extras too.

The wardrobe doors in one of the rooms didn't work properly and the neighbour complained about noise from us when we'd only been in the pool for two minutes! Apart from that it was perfect though and they are minor things!

Lovely peaceful relaxing stay, would recommend

Very comfortable large beds, amazing broadband speed for a rental, great communication from the host, a great safe sea front walk from the property to restaurants and shops and a short drive to the airport.

Pool area overlooked by next property but not a major issue given everything else was so good.

perfect family holiday

everything was perfect. Sam was super helpful and nothing was to much trouble for him. the villa is even better than the photos, absolutely amazing place to stay. So peaceful round the area. only a 20 minute car ride from the airport. lots of supermarkets close by and beaches. the water park was a 20/25 minute walk from the villa. the town/shops are about 15 minute walk away but if you walk by the beach there is a lovely cocktail bar that do takeaway drinks. we had an aiming holiday and some days didn’t even leave the villa as it was lovely.

Best Villa we have ever stayed in!

The house is amazing! It has everything needed for a great holiday. Sam was very helpful and checked that everything was going well during our stay. The location of the house is great. There are plenty restaurants and a few bars a 10 minute walk away and then the main town is around a 25 minute walk along the beautiful coast. We will definitely be back and would recommend.

This is definitely not a negative and didn’t affect our stay at all but a mirror in each of the bedrooms would have been good for getting ready in the evening.

Beautiful villa

The villa is beautifully presented, about 20min walk from a supermarket and a 25min walk down the beachfront into Costa Teguise. The owner Sam was very helpful and always on the other end of the phone if we needed anything. When we arrived the fridge had beer, cool water, wine and a box of chocolates. We had 2 babies and he had set up 2 lovely cots with bedding (not the usual travel cots) and left nappies. These extra touches were so lovely. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of shower/pool towels, kitchen was fully equipped and pool was lovey. Would definitely recommend and return.

pool was excellent property was spotless the three bedrooms were so cosy,attention to detail from facilities to ice cream in fridge for baby to wine in fridge and stocked beverages and water everything you could want was on hand ,

may need taxi or car to get around but taxi so cheap ,wasn’t an issue , it’s perfect .

Fantastic villa, would definitely recommend

Beautifully presented, very clean, has everything we needed. Great pool & comfy beds.

Could do with an extra couple of sun beds or the extra large bean bags that they had before! Sam the host, & his wife are so lovely & very helpful.

Wonderful villa, very spacious .

On arrival the fridge had lots of drinks , pop,water,wine , . There were also snacks and tea,coffee, sugar.. We travelled with an infant and there was cot,highchair and even nappys available. When we looked in the garage there were lots of toys and inflatables for the pool. We foolishly locked ourselves out and got let back in in under 2 hours.

I would recommend hiring a car, the supermarket is half a mile. We like walking but you probably need a car.

Exceptional

The house is spacious and the interior is modern. You have large bedrooms and a wonderful outside area to relax and enjoy the sun. The pool is big enough to swim a little bit and it was heated. Sam, the host, is really nice. The communication was easy and he responds quickly and helps out immediately. Thank you for this perfect start to our journey!

one of our best stays in lanzarote, villa is great

lovely light and airy villa, very clean, pool is heated, the beds very comfy, everything at your fingertips. The outdoor space is great. Just a 20 min walk to the centre. The owner is very responsive, gave us some great tips of where to eat for a birthday celebration. lovely little touches of chocolates/wine/soft drinks on our arrival.

Fabulous stay at a wonderfully presented, comfortable villa. Top marks all around!!

Property is absolutely immaculate. Ideal location for us as we are avid runners, great sea views along the coastal path to Costa Teguise. Pool area very well laid out with fabulous outdoor furniture. Kitchen, cupboards, utensils, spotlessly clean. Fridge contained welcome treats including a bottle of chilled Cava and bottles of water, which was a really nice touch! Bedrooms spacious and very tastefully decorated. Bed extremely comfortable. Plenty of wardrobe space. Parking available at the property. Located in a very quiet area amongst other beautifully kept villas. Sam, our host kept in touch to ensure everything was in order and that we had settled in. This made us feel extremely welcome!

We had to go home! We should have stayed longer!!

Absolute recommendation :-)

Everything was perfect! Thanks to Sam and Karen for making this stay so wonderful and feeling us like being at home. Despite the COVID regulations we had a wonderful getaway and the private pool was perfect as we had to wear our masks everywhere else outside the villa. The whole house was perfectly equipped, nothing was missing. The "cherry on top" were those amazing surprises for my birthday which was during the stay. I couldn´t have been happier :)

Only the internet coverage was poor - video calls definitely not possible. Had planned to do Zoom meetings, but this didn´t work out. But you are probably on holidays when you are here, so nothing too bad ;)

Casa Volcanes 31.10.20 - 07.11.20

The villa was great. 3 great sized rooms (only used 2) that were comfortable and clean. Facilities were excellent. The host accommodated our early arrival and was on hand to cover any issues A little welcome pack was also a nice touch from the host. The villa is located approx 20 mins walk from playa Bastian where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. A further 10 minutes and you reached the main town. The promenade runs right from the villa into town and is a lovely walk. The pool and grounds are well kept and the pool was kept warm with a cover. We had a great time!

The only issue we had was the WiFi sometimes didn’t work upstairs.
