As soon as you walk into this home you will feel like you just walked into an episode of "Fixer Upper" where you would be expecting Chip and Jo Jo to come around the corner to say hey! With its cool laid-back style and subtle sophistication this house doesn't disappoint. Recently renovated, no expenses were spared to bring Ocean City this premier property! The house is situated on a canal and features 5 master suites, 2 family room areas, a gourmet kitchen, dining area, outside deck off the main floor and a huge rooftop deck with fantastic views of Ocean City and the water. High end furnishings and accessories can be found throughout! Come stay in this incredible home and create your own Ocean City memories! THINGS TO KNOW: * Specific Zoning Regulations Apply- Please submit an inquiry about this property prior to putting through a reservation so we can discuss the zoning requirements with you. * Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key. * This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit. Violation of smoking policy or age restrictions will result in eviction without refund. * Sorry no pets allowed. * This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends. **Please see zoning statement at top of listing. * A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. * There is a driveway that will fit 1-2 vehicles; additional parking is available on the street. * Easy access to the beach * The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This home is on 111th street. * There is no pier available for docking boats, jet skis, etc. * We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods. What a beautiful house! It was very spacious, even with the 10 adults and 3 children. Every couple had their own king bed suite with comfy beds. Convenient location also.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is amazing, we loved it. Our family gets together every November to celebrate our anniversaries and cook a wonderful dinner. The kitchen was perfect for that, great appliances and was very well set up. The utensils and glassware were excellent. The only thing that we would suggest would be that we were fortunate enough to have great weather and we would have opened windows in the bedrooms but there are no screens. That said this is a wonderful house and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

The house was perfect in both amenities and location. Plenty of room for our family of 12. Very organized check in and check out. The ocean was a bit rough for the little ones, but we took a trip to Assateague Island and it was the perfect place for swimming and relaxing. The weather was great and we all enjoyed this family time together.

This was our second time staying at the Sun Dancer home. I wanted to bring my family there to remember the great time we had the year prior. Once again, our family had a wonderful time. My grand daughters think it’s our home at the beach! We will definitely be returning. There is plenty of space for everyone to do what they want. Very cost and comfortable! Great location too!

We loved having 5 bedrooms that were all master suites with their own bathroom! Kitchen was big and well-equipped. We had a couple maintenance issues that were handled quickly by the management company. Would rent again if we return to the area.

Really well done property. 5 masters with 5-1/2 baths. Very clean. Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Traffic light and crosswalk at the end of the street. Great neighborhood for a morning walk. We eat in every night and the kitchen is great however the oven is challenging. There was no food storage containers. We left some we bought but bring those if you eat in or take lunch to the beach. Rooftop sitting area was fun. Sit up there and watch the Sunday night fireworks.

This home was perfect for us.we had 10 Adults and 4 children plus an Infant. Their was plenty of room for all of us. Everyone especially enjoyed having their own master suite. The bedroom on the first floor was great had Disney shows playing and the kids hung out but where right off the kitchen dining area where we could keep an eye on them. Set up cornhole in the backyard BBQ on the back deck it was perfect.

The kids could even handle the walk to the beach from this distance and so many places were walkable. Near a clean, quiet and family friendly part of the beach with lots of space (a large concern since we were traveling with small children who cannot be vaccinated during a covid spike). Great restaurants only a short drive. Property manager was thorough and communicative. The weekend was a dream and we will be renting this house again in the future!

This is the second that my friends and I have stayed here for our Christmas Sista friends weekend! We've loved having a room with a bathroom to ourselves! The king beds are awesome. The house is right off the highway but in a quiet neighborhood. We hope to come back next year!!
