Overall a good stay. There’s room for improvement

Jacuzzi didn’t work Towels need to be upgraded No charging station for electronics The cheapest 1/2 roll of paper towels Nothing to write on or pens No maps or tour information We’re from a tourist location and are used to having these things provided in any rental Property.

Beautiful kitchen! Loved that we didn’t have to bring supplies from home TP, paper towels, soaps…

Very nice, located near the historic area in Savannah. Clean and comfy. Equipped with everything

This house has everything you need for short or long stay with your family with 3 bed/3 bath. Master bath at 3rd floor has huge bathtub with a TV, so was real nice. All 4 TVs all have access to Netflix! Kitchen has everything you need. Location is not a walking distance so get ready to walk or drive around unless you like walking. Finding a parking space at the downtown is somewhat challenging during the weekend but you can prob. find one.

Minor things like too many stairs, a little farther than a walking distance to the river, washing machine can use some cleaning.

Great location, 3 flights with the top floor bedroom and bath being he best

Location was great…we had 2 cars so one provided spot and the street parking cost $12 for a full day which was great…the living/dining area was great for our group to congregate and the kitchen was spacious. Loved having a washer/dryer which was a surprise.

Really wish there would be twin beds instead of dbl/queens as we had several girlfriends on this trip……pillows were not comfortable and i had read that there were 3 bathrooms when in reality one was only a half bath, which was not clear in the booking information.

Nice townhome in Savannah’s Historic District is close to everything.

Location in the historic district was excellent

Need to spray for cockroaches. And get fridge/freezer fixed.

We were initially very pleased with this beautiful, spacious property. We Enjoyed being able to walk to dinner and do so

Location perfect for walking around historic Savannah. Beautiful woodwork. Large bathrooms. Quiet. Free parking. Courtyard with outdoor table and chairs. Ceiling fans. Large dining table. Full-size washer and dryer with detergent available. A/C worked good in near 100 degree heat.

Shower heads had black mold on them. No extra blankets or bed pillows provided. No games, cards, puzzles provided.

Very poor

I would not use Luxury to describe this property. It was dirty and worn. The furnishings were uncomfortable. Dinning room table and chairs are difficult to sit in. Pillows on bed are worn out and need to be replaced. Walls and baseboards are dirty and have holes in them. Sidewalk outside is crumbled and an accident hazard. There is not comfortable seating in the living room. Over all this property needs a deep cleaning, new paint and new comfortable furnishings to be considered luxury. I would not recommend this property.

Superb

Very spacious and comfortable, more or less modern/ updated townhouse. Great location within the historic district that was centrally located anywhere we wanted to go. We really enjoyed the home!

Minor things only- The bathroom supplies. We thought at this price point would have provided body wash and/or bar of soap in all bathrooms as well as some sort of smaller bottle dispenser than the giant jugs of conditioning shampoo that were present. Also, the sleeping pillows need to be updated as the majority of them were quite flat and non supportive of your neck. As it was colder weather than expected, a few blankets or throws would have been appreciated..

Family-friendly, spacious townhouse close to everything in the heart of Savannah.

The location was perfect! We loved that we could park the car and walk everywhere. This home is much larger inside than pictures look.

The location allowed us to park our car and walk to restaurants and shops.

fantastic location, within walking distance to all the venues we were going to. clean, well appointed facilities. a few minor maintenance issues that we advised about

3 sets of stairs to the main bedroom 🤣 got our cardio in every day!

It was good. I would recommend the facility and location but just wish it felt ready for us!

Location was good. Very spacious. Bedrooms were all good sized.

We felt it was not ready for us. There were no towels out in any of the bathrooms and we had to search high and low to find them. There were sheet sets just sitting on the couch which led us to believe our beds were not clean but we slept in them anyway. There was no shower curtain liner in one of the bathrooms so the water was spilling out through the moldy fabric curtain. There was a used wash cloth in the master bathroom which was a little unsettling again that the property was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We were only there for one night so we made the best of it. Had our stay been longer we would have definitely contacted the property management.

everything was nice and clean and the facility was very comfortable.

the neighborhood was not friendly at all. 0/10 a weird man was watching the house making everyone uncomfortable. won’t recommend the location to anyone. and it is very overpriced just for one night

Enjoyed it and will likely stay again when in Savannah.

Great location for downtown tourist activities. Very clean, well appointed and quiet. An upscale rental property.

Generally a very nice property. Could use new pillows in master suite and such a nice property does deserve a king size bed in master. However, these didn’t detract from our stay.

beautiful place and about half a mile from anything you could possibly want to do

the place looked beautiful, the staff was extremely friendly, the location is excellent, the stove was awesome

only part of the fridge worked, the only working tv was in the living room, the microwave didn’t work, there were no TVs in the other 2 bedrooms so the kids couldn’t watch anything when they were laying down for the night. you can hear everything no matter what floor you are on.

refrigerator freezer was down and had a temp one in the dining room also Fridg was leaking water. Light bulbs were out in spots and didn’t have a broom .Tv was hard to find what streaming services were available .

Excellent location in a safe neighborhood, highly recommended!

We loved the location and layout of the townhome. We parked the car in the driveway and walked everywhere! The rooms are spacious and comfortable and we loved the patio. We also had great communication with the hosts, they are very responsive.

There were a few minor issues that other reviews mentioned. The one side of the kitchen sink wasn’t draining well so we just used the other side. We also felt that it could use a good deep cleaning.

Very good

The house was beautiful. The location was excellent. It was beautifully decorated. Loved the setup. It was a perfect size for my family. Would stay there again.

Just a few repairs needed. The towel bar in 2nd floor bathroom is broken. I saw it was reported in previous reviews but it hasn't been repaired. The mattress is bedroom 1 on 2nd floor needs to be replaced. It has a sink in the middle. The toilet on the first floor keeps flowing unless you go inside of it and jiggle it.

Very good

Location was great and townhouse itself was very beautiful. Just lacked a couple of touches that would have made stay a little nicer.

Struggled with sheets in master bedroom.They did not fit mattress. Limited kitchen utensils. Also could have been cleaner.
