Keep our money tight, they try t steal it and are not even upstet - horrifying experience

Very nice and spacious clean room with comfortable furniture. Restaurant provided decent dinner and breakfast. Staff very nice and helpful.

They charged my credit card twice, after I left on Saturday morning, and today on a wednesday evening they still have not corrected. even if i sent all relevant info to the manager, she neither understood the issue nore its serioussnes. This is a very frustrating experience with a hotel hat otherwise is doing many things well.. I just hat to pand my time correcting fraudulent credit card charges with any sympapthy from any real person. Moise from needs to be blocked using curtains.

Good price-performance ratio, other than that nothing special

close by to airport which also supplies a shuttle service which is nice. Room was spacious and clean.

Breakfast could be better. Found the hotel really dated both in terms of interior design and furniture

Excellent location and hotel

Restaurant onsite plus all is clean and welcoming. Shuttle to the airport is on time and very helpful.

Would highly recommend this property to anyone and the breakfast was decent.

Very clean and quiet for being close to an airport, usually airport hotel are noisy but was nice I only heard 3 planes all night.

Very clean inside and out, they had one of those big security cameras in the parking lot which gives comfort with our vehicle there.

I like Radisson but this one was way below standard.

Close to airport

Room was freezing cold, could not get it warm. Day staff front office was impatient. We had a late arrival due to plane connection. Night staff good. Towels were quite thin. Bed lumpy and uncomfortable.

Decent place.

The back area was flooded, and it smelled like it was a septic backup. Ruined my shoes walking out there at night. They told me to use the back area for my pet, but neglected to tell me there was inches of water and mud.

Cozy airport hotel

Free breakfast was wonderful, followed by free cookies and brand-name coffees and teas during afternoon. Free airport shuttle and friendly staff.

Obviously short staffed the room showed it.

The manager was very nice trying to make things right.

Rooms had not been cleaned. Found debris and hair (lots of hair) in the bed and all over the bathroom. Hard to sleep in a dirty bed.

Great place to stay.

Location to the airport, clean rooms, and excellent shuttle service. The shuttle even took us to a restaurant to eat and then picked us up later.

Good location with shuttle service and close to airport

Our room was on the second floor close to the elevator. It was large with two very comfortable queen beds, a refrigerator and microwave. It also had a desk with a roller chair and a comfortable arm chair. The bathroom was good sized and the shower was good. It also had a fitness room with two treadmills, an elliptical machine and a broken universal weight machine, an indoor swimming pool (unheated during our stay the heater was broken) and a hot tub. There is a restaurant onsite that is staffed Monday thru Friday from 4 pm to 10 pm, the food was good.

The only thing I didn't like was the cold air-conditioning in the guest computer room because it was very cold and the air was directly in front of the elevator making it uncomfortable to wait in front of..

Always a great choice for overnight accommodation when traveling to/from PDX.

Room was clean, comfortable & quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle service is convenient.

Difficulty getting a shuttle in a timely manner. Corporate needs to provide a reliable communication system between driver and property.

Comfortable business hotel near the airport

This is a basic business hotel near the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. They had a moderate selection of food/snacks to purchase near reception, with a refrigerator and microwave in the room. There is a bar/restaurant on site. The bed was comfortable. The free shuttle service to the airport was fantastic.

The place was beautiful if not a little off the beaten path.

The parking SUCKED. The front desk staff was EXTREMELY rude, which resulted in my family leaving without actually staying. They were AWFUL

Good value and location!

Clean, updated room. Super close to airport with a 24 hr shuttle, but no airport noise. Good breakfast with bacon, eggs, pancakes, etc.

The bed was comfortable enough but not exceptionally so, and the pillows too soft & squishy in our opinion.

Vending machines were ridiculously priced and A LOT of the best parking spots had cones in front of them so you could not park there.
