El equipo de entretenimiento excelente felicidades a Coca cola nos atendió súper bien! Las piscinas, playa, restaurante y cuartos excelentes
Nos hicieron una esperar 45 minutos después del check in para entregar la anotación, en general el servicio y actitud del personal es de baja calidad, no lleno las espectativas.
Las personas que hacen las reservas de los restaurantes son súper pesadas y no ayudan en nada, es mejor que no las pongan o que den la información en recepción ya que igual todo se hace por un app, que por cierto es muy lenta.
Estuvimos sin wifi por 2 dias lo cual me dificulto para mi trabajo ya que es remoto.

L’hôtel ne vaut absolument pas ses 5 étoiles, le prix est trop élevé pour le niveau de prestation. Le personnel n’est pas agréable, le buffet est mauvais, les chambres pas au niveau. Pour résumé vous payer le prix dans 5 étoiles pour un 3 étoiles

The resort is beautiful from the minute you step foot on the property. The lobby area is beautiful with modern sitting areas and finishes. The property is essentially brand new so everything is like new around the resort. The room was a great size and so was the balcony. We were two people staying in a room with two queen beds and we felt like we had plenty of space. The room had nice fixtures and was decorated well. The food at the buffet and the restaurants was good too, there is something for everyone. The staff is very nice and polite. Every staff member my father and I interacted with wanted to ensure we were having a great stay at Serenade which I appreciated. It's also easy to get excursions from the hotel we did two tours one to the capital Santo Domingo and another to the Samaná peninsula to visit the waterfall Salto del Limón which included horseback rising and also made a stop at Cayo Levantado a beautiful island off the coast of the Samaná peninsula. Overall, I recommend Serenade and will definitely return based on the good experience we had.
The rooftop pool and main pool areas close a little too early. I think it's okay to have a closing time for the pool, but would recommend making it little bit later.

Very beautiful property, loved the pools and beach side was so pretty! The food was pretty good with plenty of variety for different tastes. The rooms were cleaned well.
Except for rare few, the staff really didn’t do it for me, I was never actually offered anything. Always having to ask and beg for a drink or water at a table. Also felt like I was bothering them. They also tried to upsell us literally every step of the way, from telling us we don’t have access to things unless we pay more at check in through being haggled for other things as well.

El servicio del personal, cuando llegamos nadie nos ayudó con las maletas, preguntamos por el maletero y nadie sabía, el parqueo tenía unas filtraciones y a nuestro vehículo le cayó agua con residuos de cemento cómo duramos una semana el vehículo salió manchado tuvimos que hacer una inversión en tratamiento de pintura para lograr quitar las manchas, horrible experiencia

El hotel tiene zonas comunes muy buenas. Piscinas de niños, juegos para niños, la comida en términos generales es muy buena. Las habitaciones son bien amplias y comodas.
Los restaurantes con reservas en la noche son imposibles de conseguir reservas, muy mal organizado. La atención de algunos colaboradores es bastante mala.

酒店很新，很干净，很美。地理位置极佳，房间打扫得巨干净，几乎是一尘不染。我这么一个有轻微洁癖的人都觉得很不可思议！！🙀 酒店设有地下停车场，对于我们这种自驾游的人来说真的太贴心了，车子不怕风吹雨晒真的很好！!👌🏻食物质量不错，食材基本很新鲜，种类也还可以。我这几天都吃到很对口味的食物，觉得很幸运！！餐馆The Cut牛排很好吃，有一位女服员很棒，我忘了她的名字，但她真的很好！！9(•̤̀ᵕ•̤́๑)ᵒᵏ房间每天都有员工进行打扫，而且他们还会贴心地摆设一下，给我们一些小惊喜。💚 Lobby Bar有很棒的调酒师，饮料质量棒棒的！！🧊🍹酒店每天都安排很多节目，也挺别出心裁的。房间和客厅被一扇门隔开，所以门外走廊有任何声响也不会打搅到睡觉，隔音超好。😴😴
我的天，我第一次听到并且看到原来沙滩椅可以提前私有化，我们早上八点钟下去泳池，已经没有可用的椅子了，全部都被提前占据了，有放毛巾的，有放泳圈的，还有放玩具的。而且这一占据就是一整天，哪怕他们暂时离开泳池也一直霸占着椅子。🫠 这个是很可笑的，而且对后到的人极不公平。酒店是不是应该考虑设置更多的椅子呢？！酒店员工素质可以更好一些，不过我们遇到的基本都挺好的，比较友善。睡枕质量可以更好一些，我因为枕头的原因，没有睡得很好。🥺😔

Lo que más nos disgustó fue el hecho de que nos quisieran vender un paquete de viajes prácticamente a la mala, aún cuando desde un principio no estábamos interesados nos seguían diciendo que era sin compromiso y que no había problemas con decir que no, porque era su trabajo el mostrarnos esas "ofertas", esa vendedora fue muy clasista, mostrando su verdadera naturaleza cuando luego de muchos no, dimos el NO rotundo, en nuestra cara nos dice que le hicimos perder su tiempo. Desde ese momento me quería ir del hotel y no disfruté para nada por ese trato hacia nosotros. Volvería?? Definitivamente NO!.

The resort itself was nice and good value but the staff is rude and there is absolutely no customer service. The guy at the lobby (Jancer Pierre) was incredibly rude, spoke so low you could barely hear him and THREW our IDs at us on the counter. Did not come across one single staff member that was genuinely nice.

Las piscinas, las habitaciones, jjunto con la variedad en restaurantes y el buffet de desayuno y almuerzo.
El servicio es horrible, el personal del bar de la piscina es arrogante y mal educado, ignoran y solo atienden a las mujeres y/o personas que les den propinas. El minibar de la habitación no funcionó y las bebidas siempre estuvieron calientes. No hay servicio al cliente, en el lobby te ignoran y en las habitaciones no hay números para comunicarse con la recepción. Es un lugar al que no pienso volver ni recomiendo ya que su atención es deplorable.

Being honest, the only good thing they have its the buffet and VIP section have a two private pools.
They give the impression like they care about your allergies but in the buffet you can find out shrimps and regular food together amd people serving them with the same spoon
First of all this place is understaffed, when you pay for VIP service you may have a butler who help you out with anything you need, but nope, if you got to go to the lobby 15 times for anything you gotta do it by your own, there's no one to help you out.
I needed to go like 4 or 5 times (we stayed for 4 nights) on different days because I was asking for something and i had to almost beg to get what I was asking for. Rooms service or bufet are only open untill 9 pm and the other place to eat its the sport bar who works 'till 1:30 am
Any assigned restaurant (because if you use the "preferred" service, they don't even ask you where or what you'd like to eat, they just choose it for you) but anything was good about all the selected restaurants, only the gourmet one (only for preferred or members of the club) was good and that was just because there's a chef who cares about what you eat and your experience. And ok you can try to change it with Yuri ,(she's the one who try to solve all your problems and she's good at it)
Check in was a weird experience, when you head into the hotel there's nobody to help you out with anything (understaffed issue) you almost need to call for help to someone to help you.
When you are a VIP you get an "special" check in, and you dont even know whats going on. The only info they give you right its the "hotel tour" and its only to offer you an apartment or a membership with the hotel. But every time you ask for something it's like you are begging.
You just get the room and someone who carry your package (which its normal/good I guess) but you spend minutes waiting for someone to stand from a chair and help you out.

The Resort of Serenade is amazing 👏 the construction design & Plants 🪴 & decoration & Lobby area were fantastic & very nice location , close 15 min to Airport, stuff were very nice & humble , clean always, no insects, no pets around, Great welcoming, on time, everything is easy access , food are very delicious, a clean & nicec beach ⛱️ many activities for kids & many pools around , easy access to everything, very safe Resort for families, adults & youth. I recommend it to everyone, this is our 2nd stay in Serenade.
I didn't like :
▪︎ to call daily to get my room clean till 4 or 5 pm...
▪︎ The Theatre @ night was so hot , not all fans were working
▪︎ The sound @ the main pool was so loud
▪︎ some foods were missing in main buffet & some were repeated daily with no change

The Breakfast was good. Not much variety, but it was ok.
Many of the workers have a rude attitude. Room was not cleaned properly. We were constantly harassed by workers who want to sell spa services, trips or membership.

The food and the shows
The beach was unusable, full of algae. The floor in the room was always wet. The sliding door in the room was broken and did not lock. The front door knob in the room was broken and it was extremely hard to lock. The bath in the room lacked privacy. Too many employees around the property soliciting timeshare presentations. Our time was wasted pushing us to have a tour of the property. The hallways were always dark during the day.
