It's a Holiday inn.

Location is good, close to Beach, airport and market commons.

No extras, just room bed is small and uncomfortable. Room service was none. Front desk service is at Best fair. Don't waste your time with the vacation marketing.

Exceptional

The facility and the staff went above and beyond my expectations!! Everyone went out of there way to meet our needs, everything sparking clean. Have recommended to all my friends and family!!!

That it is a timeshare vacation spot so you can only book with them if they have extra rooms

Not a pleasant place to go for a vacation.

There was nothing I would recommend. The staff were friendly when we arrived and assured us they would call us when our room was ready. We explained we were from the UK so they took our email. They did not contact us so we returned after 4 without being contacted which did not seem to please them.

There was no restaurant for food, there was no real shop to get any supplies and staff seemed surprised that we wanted anything. The pool area was under renovation and was not pleasant. The entire property is a little tired and run down.

Unfortunate circumstances.

The facility was beautiful, spacious and comfortable.

I needed to cancel due to the front desk staff, saying parking my RV for 1 day would not be an issue. Only to check with manager after charging my card and providing me a list of places to take the RV. This was unfortunate and not possible due to having repairs schedule only early morning after checking in and no place to have our dog other than rv. (I accepted the miscommunication only for her to charge me an additional "commission" fee. It took several days with booking and the hotel to get my refund and held up the funds we needed for repairs. I never even left the front desk to see the room I would be checking into. ) I thoroughly loved this hotel but due to management and the way the situation was handled was very disappointing.

It could’ve been better.

The location was beautiful. The staff were helpful and polite.

Well first I requested during my online registration for the ice maker to be put on either the day before or the morning of. It wasn’t. I requested a room on the first floor due to health reasons. It was. I requested bookings with jacuzzi tub in villa. It was but the hot water wasn’t working, maintenance came to check it out, the element needed to be replaced which led us to have to leave the villa and find something to do for the time they were there. Returned to the villa two hours later, the water still wasn’t working properly. This was very disappointing.

a cute place that is family friendly, in a great location and feels very relaxing!

the property was very cute, very well maintained and was easy to locate.

the only complaint I have is about the cleanliness of our bathrooms. the floors were quite dirty, our jacuzzi tub in our room was FILTHY. the jets hadn’t been properly cleaned in a very long time: they were black and had filth all around them. we ended up not using the tub because of how gross the water became when we filled it up. there weren’t any sheets on the pull out sofa and we had to call twice for them to be dropped off to our room. other than that we loved our stay! it’s a cute place and was great for our family of 5.

Suprisingly great!

it felt exclusive to us as they had gates around so it kept any riff raff out. we were booking a hotel for a wedding so we weren’t expecting all the amenities that they had as a resort as well but I’ll tell you now the room was clean, common areas were clean everyone was extremely pleasant at all times & for this reason we will be booking a vacation to bring our daughter back in the near future.

It was a good weekend.

The pool areas were nice. My kids had a great time. Our room was great, very spacious.

We traveled for 7 hours to get to the hotel arriving an hour and a half after check-in and our room wasn't ready. We had to wonder the area until we got a call letting us know we could go to our room.
