Comfortable and good location.

Location was close to freeway, short drive to pier. Room was spacious and beds comfortable. Air con worked well.

Great

The Front Desk Employee Jordon, was extremally helpful, funny and even recommended a place to grab dinner.

Exceptional

It was easily accessible to freeway, and within minutes to boardwalk. This allowed us to see both the Winchester House, and Santa Cruz boardwalk on a short trip. Also really great continental breakfast, I especially enjoyed the ice cold cranberry juice.

The only little hiccup was waking in morning to find ants on the desk area. I mentioned them to desk when we checked out so someone would be aware before next guest checks in. The girl didn't seem phased by my mention of ants. I took a picture of them

All families seemed to enjoy the stay, everyone was polite and quiet!

Happy employees means everything,they are very polite and they answer your question like they really enjoy the work environment, Thanks again!

The staff had exceptional customer service. The hotel itself was very clean ; beautiful sight to see. The fluffy cloud of a bed and spacious room really made me feel at home.

My room was in the worst corner it could’ve been in. It was right next to the House Keeping closet and Ice machine. There was a constant buzzing all night and the walls shook from the washing machine that must’ve been nearby. The Wi-Fi and cell service where almost non existent.

excellent place to stay. liked the indoor pool, however it was a very small pool. not deep and very warm.

Decent hotel for a night stay

The building was nice and clean except the pool. The breakfast was actually good.

It looked like no one has cleaned the pool in a long time, it is also much smaller than in the pictures.

After my experience with the hotel I will never stay again

staff was kind

found catheters in the closet campers in the parking lot and management did not offer a fair price the pool was the smallest pool I have ever seen

Breakfast...would prefer bacon or breakfast sausage to whatever they boiled sausage like substance was

TV. Hundreds of useless stations with no easy to use guide and no sleep timer on the remote

Reasonable place to stay for the price, but didn't meet our expectations for a Hilton hotel.

Comfortable and easy, but maybe overpriced.

Clean and comfortable with plenty of parking. Dennys right beside made for an easy and convenient late evening dinner. Close to the highway, but still quiet.

No laundry facilities on site. (Usually don't care, but could have used in this one case)

very convenient location next to freeway and easy access.

The room we stayed in had ants. We came to find out this when we came back from being out all day and found ants all over the tv cabinet and even found some on the bed.

Disappointing

Bed was comfortable.

WiFi didn't work and staff made nos significant effort to fix. Elevator didn't work one night. Staff just said "that happens". Place was way understaffed.

This Hampton Inn was well maintained and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was not great —— transients in the area and a lot of traffic noise.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel is located pretty close to the boardwalk with only a 10-15 minute drive with traffic which was nice. The breakfast was good.

The parking lot is a bit small so it was a tight fit to drive through when there were a bunch of cars parked.

cleanliness, close to the boardwalk

location, lots of homelessness around property and parking lot. wouldn’t feel safe coming and going after dark. Indoor pool was extremely small.
