Nestled in Eugene, this attractive condo for $145 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Studio 88 is a luxury studio apartment just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. Self check in/out. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, a full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Bed is triple sheeted for your peace of mind. Parking is available in the driveway right in front of the unit. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away in addition to everything the campus has to offer. We do not allows dogs (sorry about that).

I stayed at this studio for a football game. It was nice. I walked to the game (about 30 minutes) and enjoyed the central location to campus and businesses in the surrounding area.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property is an adorable and perfectly, luxury updated Tiny Home style suite in the center of it all. Geoff was a fantastic communicator. We did a long weekend stay to attend a friends Law School graduation, and this lodging option fit our needs, above and beyond. Our only wish is that there’d be more rental options this well designed across the country!!! Great work on this rental.

My husband and I stayed in the studio for 3 nights. Check-in was super easy. Geoff gave awesome directions on how to use the door lock system, the Nest thermostat, and the TV. The studio is extra clean and quite spacious for 2. We both felt very comfortable staying in the studio. The studio is located very close to the U of O and is a cute neighborhood to walk around.

The studio is in a great location. We walked everywhere we needed to go. The studio itself is all new and beautifully done. Geoff, the host, responded quickly to the few questions we had and had great suggestions for places to eat. We would definitely love to stay here again.

We loved this VRBO, it was totally adorable, beautifully laid out and in a great neighborhood. The bed was super comfy with soft linens, thick nice towels, all the amenities. Super convenient to restaurants and campus, all within walking distance. Geoff is a thoughtful and detailed host. Thanks!

Everything was perfect! Great location, beautiful studio with plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom, extremely comfortable bed, private patio, everything was spotless, Geoff gave very clear check in and stay information. We stayed in 8 different vacation rentals during our 3-week car trip and this was by far the cream of the crop! Can I give it six stars?

This was the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect for our needs. Neighborhood was pleasant and safe. Nice to be able to park right outside the front door. Owner, Geoffrey, was always available with quick answers to my questions. AC was a godsend during a heat wave during the week we were there. I highly recommend this lovely studio.

If you are visiting your student at University, this is a great location. Overall, it's a very nice rental. However, husband and I found the bed way too soft. You sunk in and couldn't get out - and then the pillows were king size and very heavy which added more problems. I would have appreciated some smaller light weight pillows in the room. Glad we did bring our own as well. If you have a bad lower back, this may not be the rental for you with that bed. I know the owners say they've bought a wonderful mattress that is supposed to feel medium, but that was not how our experience felt. We almost made the decision to simply go home before the second night. But beds are personal choice and some people will love this mattress. Toilet paper holder has apparently broken off the bathroom wall but I'm sure owners have plans to repair - not a big issue. Kitchen had salt, pepper, pan spray, tea, coffee, and coffeemate. Could not find kitchen towels but the lady who cleans dropped some off for us. So we tried to use the dishwasher but it just beeped angrily at us instead of beginning its cycle. No clue why. I'm sure that it will be promptly checked out. Honestly, overall a lovely place to stay except for the bed. Attentive owners.

The property is clean and modern. I would not consider it a luxury rental. We were spending time with family, so didn't hang out in the unit other than to sleep and shower. Neither of us found the bed to be comfortable. For our needs, a hotel would probably be more suitable. However, if you have business in the university or downtown area, it 's a great location.

This is a wonderful little property. Clean and all the furnishings are nice and new. Good location near the campus and Hayward and a lot of food options close. The bed was so comfortable we went home and bought a new one. Perfect spot for 2 of us and we will look to stay there again.

Geoff’s studio apartment is as nicely appointed, clean and attractive as the photos. We thought it was perfect! Although we only made breakfast each day, we had everything we needed. The studio is bright and light and is in excellent condition. The bed is so comfortable - wonderful linens and cozy plushness. Nice residential neighborhood for walking and a great market, Sundance, is nearby. We highly recommend Geoff’s apartment and would definitely stay there again!

Simply Perfect

Perfect place for my husband and I to stay for a visit with our son attending UO. Perfect location - easy walk to campus and Hendricks park, and restaurants. Perfect neighborhood to walk around and explore - so quaint. The rental was the perfect size - everything we needed in a compact area, but it didn't feel too small at all. Perfect communication with the owner.
