Straightforward high quality corporate hotel with good transportation access for Berlin via Gesundbrunnen Station.
They closed the hotel bar early and sent me next door to the Moxy.

Near the center and train station
The ice box has gathered dust which needed some cleaning
Apart from that it was really a clean property
The air conditioner wasn’t functioning.
For that, the staff was really apologetic about it and gave us refreshments.

The location is excellent, very close to public transport heading to the city center, and there is a direct train to the airport right next to the hotel. It is situated in a quiet area next to a park. Our room faced the back parking lot, so it was completely silent with no street noise.
The room and bathroom were spacious, extremely clean, and maintained daily with fresh towels. A huge plus was the heating—we caught some very cold and rainy days in June, and we were so grateful that the heating worked perfectly in both the room and the bathroom!
The neighborhood is great too: a mall is just 3 minutes away, there are supermarkets nearby, a café and bakery on the corner, and plenty of Arabic and Turkish restaurants around.
There was absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!

It’s Marriott and the title should carry the volume. So I booked it for conveniences, comfort and cleanliness (triple C). However, the convenience and comfort were not there because during the hottest days in the middle of summer, their AC was not working and the rooms were hot and stifling. Unfortunately, the reimbursement was not easy since the Booking decided not to get involved. Very disappointing on their part.
That for five nights they couldn’t fix the AC!!!!
