Check-in is 3 Pm and check-out is 10 Am. Location is fabulous, you can walk to any place you need.!!!! PLAYA ESMERALDA COTTAGE has the best location in Anna Maria island/ Bradenton Beach, for such a good price you can rest and party. just 20 steps from the white sandy beach and a block away from Bridge street with shopping center, tiki bars, high end restaurants and beach restaurants, Mini golf for kids, everything is with walking distance!!.. it is definitely a place for your next vacation!!!! and if you want to go further.. just wait for the free yellow trolley to take you around! no need for a car! this property has a parking spot and a nice deck where they will be able to rest. PLAYA ESMERALDA has the BEST location in Bradenton beach; there is not need for a car since everything you need is within walking distance! come and enjoy your vacation!! I can't say enough about the great location. It was extremely close to the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants. Unfortunately, the actual room was disappointing. The "kitchenette" had a microwave and a small sink with a hot plate. The bed was pretty comfortable, but the finishes were terrible. Light switches were painted over, crown modeling was missing, and the closet space was TINY. The bathroom was small as well. You have to literally step over the toilet to get out of the shower and sit sideways when you use the bathroom because your knees will hit the wall in front of you. Overall, the room is overpriced because the appearance is "low rent" quality.

Perfect vacation at our favorite beach. The location is amazing, close to everything. The accommodations were wonderful and the hospitality of the owners is unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. Definitely staying again!

This unit is very small, and also the best location! Close to restaurants and shopping and literally across the road from the beautiful beach! So for a short stay it is perfect! For a longer stay we will look at the larger unit.

The proximity to the beach is definitely a plus. But this place is smaller than most hotel rooms, Especially the bathroom. To watch TV, you have to be in bed. Great if you do not plan to spend anytime (except sleeping) in the place.

Very easy rental process. I would definitely stay again. Toilet is very small, old, and awkwardly positioned. Shower temp control either HOT OR COLD no in between.

This little cottage is PERFECT for on or two people who want to walk across the street and be on a beautiful white sand beach. Great location, if driving your car is right outside... Will definitely stay again.

It is conveniently located to Bridge Street and to the beach.. there were nice touches of welcome gifts given for guests. We had all we needed in the small place. Jose was very helpful and accessible. I missed the ceiling fan since the window air conditioner did not adequately cool the place.

Studio a block from all of the shops and restaurants. Several public access points to the beach close by, one is directly across the street. There is a mini fridge and a small hot plate to cook. One thing is the bathroom is pretty small so tall folks may have difficulty with getting on and off the toilet. LOL it was not a huge deal because my husband and I are not that tall but I could see it being an issue for others. I definitely plan to return !

As always an amazing stay! Only change will be to return to slightly larger unit. We enjoy staying in for a lot of meals. The studio with no stove or oven and very small microwave make that difficult. Other wise ..perfect !

This is an amazing stay. We have a 5 month old and there was space for his pack and play and the two of us still. We also brought his activity table and he loved sitting by the door watching the traffic in Gulf Drive! You are literally steps to the beach and to bridge street! The bed is SUPER comfy! The bathroom is small but the location outweighs everything! We will be back! Thank you for a great stay! Oh! There is also a 2 burner stove plug In that is included that isn’t listed in the listing! I am putting this because we bought our own to bring and then didn’t need it!
