About this house rental
Located in Steamboat Springs, this attractive house for $432 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. A skier's dream come true! We are an easy walking distance from the Steamboat Resort base area and Steamboat's world-renowned 'Champagne Powder' slopes. With gorgeous views of the Steamboat Resort Ski area, as well as Emerald Mountain, our luxury townhome condominium combines sharp mountain architecture with urban styled space in an awesome location. Our private hot tub is a perfect way to celebrate an awesome day on the slopes. This home is uniquely attractive and well maintained: Our home is decorated with top-of-the-line furnishings and linens, a well-equipped kitchen, and flat-screen Smart HDTVs to view in every bedroom. The Blackhawk Townhomes are on the city bus route, and have easy access to the Yampa Core Trail bike bath, with the amenities of Gondola Square just a few blocks away. Unlimited activities are just outside your doorstep. Our 4 Bedrooms include the Primary Bedroom/Bathroom, two Queen Bedrooms sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and the Kid's Bunk Room with it's own en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom has its own smart TV. We have a 4k Smart TV above the fireplace.

We loved staying at this property for our family christmas vacation! Very spacious, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It was located within walking distance to the gondola and close to everything we needed. A very charming area to stay. Davids suggestions were spot on and he was available for any questions or concerns we had! Would highly recommend staying here!

Great place. Would definitely stay again. Look no further. Kitchen is well stocked. Great and very timely communication with the owner all along. Short walk to the gondola base - we kept our skis in the garage and carried then each day with no problems.

This place was perfect for our family! Very short walk to the gondola. Although, the part that stands out the most is the impeccable hospitality we received from David! He was very prompt with answering all emails and provided us with ample information about lift tickets, restaurants, etc. His communication with us was outstanding!!

We had the best time in Steamboat and a huge part was due to this property. Let me start from the beginning…
1. Owner is prompt, great at correspondence and above and beyond helpful. Examples include helping us find tidbits on activities we couldn’t tell exactly online, offering to help us with groceries since we arrived on Christmas Day, arranging for a high chair to be available
2. Clear communications - everything to a tee was in the emails, in a notebook, in texts. Never had to scramble for anything. He even checked in on us and sent us check out reminders
3. This place has everything - plenty of space for us to move around. So many fun games, basic spices, just so appreciated being able to be in a “home” environment with 4 kids under the age of 8.
4. Location - fantastic location. Everything was accessible, quick drive to everywhere
We loved Steamboat and this place. My 4 yo son said “bye Colorado home… I can’t wait to see you again” when we drove away. We honestly hope to return to Steamboat and can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

Condo was good. Would be better with AC in the heat of the summer, but our stay turned out to be the hottest time of the year. Owner did install a couple of portable AC units to help out, and that was without even requesting it. The condo cooled down well in the evenings with the windows open. The owner was very communicitive and cordial. I have nothing but great things to say about this host and a wonderful trip. Will be back for sure.

This was the best property we have stayed. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was very nice, clean and the amenities were great. We enjoyed the hot tub and TVs in all the bedrooms were a nice touch. They had put in window air conditioners because of the hotter than normal weather and it helped so much. Any questions I had the host answered immediately. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful, modern condo just two blocks from the base area
Perfect place for our family to stay while visiting Steamboat. The four bedrooms have us plenty of room for our group of 8 (our family and my brother’s family). Modern, very clean, and plenty of space. We were only a block away from a cute market / coffee shop (Wild Plum) and only two blocks from the base area / gondola. David was easy to work with, answered any questions immediately, and communicated well before, during and after our stay. We were especially appreciative that he proactively got two portable AC units before we came as the temps were unusually warm (near 90). They kept the house comfortably cool during the day until it cooled off enough outside. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back next time we come to Steamboat!

Great Townhouse
This unit was wonderful for our family and friends. We would stay again. It is very convenient to the Gondola and a great coffee shop/grocery nearby. Having the garage and kid's bunk beds downstairs was a huge plus. David did a great job checking in while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed.

The townhouse is amazing, plenty of space for a family of seven with a little room to spare!! Great location, easy walking distance to the ski village and gondola even with young cranky kids after a long day of skiing. I hope this place is available for a future trips to Steamboat Springs!!

We are a multi-generational family - 6 adults and 4 children under 9 years old. The house was perfect for us. The bunk room on the ground level with its own bath houses the grandkids; while the 3 bedrooms on the second level housed the adults. The king bedroom has its own master bath, while the two queen rooms share a jack-and-jill bath.
The first level is the family level that has a fully equipped kitchen, as well as access tot he private hot tube. All in all this lead to a great week of skiing at the 'boat.

This is absolutely the most wonderful place to stay in Steamboat! It was the perfect size for 2 families consisting of 4 adults and 6 children (ages 10-15). You can’t ask for a better owner to communicate with. David made sure we had what we needed and checked in on us a couple of times during our stay. The unit was spotless upon arrival and location is great. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with most all necessities. The beds are also very comfortable with the softest linens. It was also nice to have our private hot tub. The gondola is only a 10 min walk which is nice to not have to wait on shuttle. If you aren’t driving, the bus stop is very close to the unit as well with easy access to downtown. We will definitely book this unit again on our next trip to Steamboat!
