Disappointing

It was conveniently located near the zoo, aquarium, grocery store, and some restaurants. The house manager was pleasant and very understanding.

The actual neighbor wasn’t that great. We had an unexpected guest, but I can say that the owner and manager did accommodate us for our trouble.

Not worth your money - Renters Beware!

The location is on what appears to be a very poor block with an abandoned property two doors down and drug dealers a block away. The only peace of mind was the security system that is setup inside and outside of the home. The top stair is a tripping hazard. This property had to be some bad foreclosure that was quickly patched up and painted over with cheap decor; in order to make it look nice. The yard wasn’t well manicured, it looked no different from the abandoned house that was two doors down with trash everywhere. However; you see tons of damage in the ceilings and along the walls that look like they were painted over without fixing. As many rules that come with this place, you would expect so much more. You can’t sleep on the bed without taking off the decor pillows and comforter that are on the photos. A six pack of soda was in the fridge in a lock box, $2 a can. Some snacks on your living room side table), $1 - $2. There’s a table in the kitchen that is only a half of an arms distance from the fridge that blocks the rear door, and dishwasher. Total safety hazard, if there was a fire. The first bathroom’s issues are countless. I was scared to turn on the tub water because it felt like the faucet was going to be ripped out, I certainly didn’t want to pay for that. Caulk is everywhere to cover up damage that wasn’t properly repaired. There isn’t three bedrooms, only two with a sofa bed on the enclosed back porch, so there’s two actual beds, not three. Bring your own bath towels and face cloths. They use a lot of cheap white everything. I was charged $12 because two wash cloths that were dirty from washing your body and wiping the floor on the last night, we’re considered damaged. There was no extra toilet paper or towels. We had to go buy more. Laundry room in the kitchen was too big for the closet it was in, door wouldn’t close. However, there was no complimentary laundry detergent.

Nice house dirty n she watch on camera n charge you for its ROACHES N BED BUGS ..THE WHOLE ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD IS FALLING DOWN WITH BUMS EVERYWHERE .DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF DONT BOOK THIS PLEASE

Nice house bad neighborhood..The train ran all night thats all we heard..thugs every wear abandoned houses basically the whole neighborhood n bums living in tents stores was empty.Dead roaches in the house..no cable only you tube TV..very cold ..couldn't control the heat wasn't enough blankets..the white cover for couch messed both my sisters hoodies up . Wasn't enough toilet paper or trash bags.PPL SQUADING IN A HOUSE A DOOR AWAY MEANING BUMS LIVING IN BORDED UP HOUSES JUST HORRIBLE FOR A VACATION.NOW SHE KEEPING MY DEPOSIT..BUT HEY SHE NEED IT TO GET THEM ROACHES N BED BUGS OUT.. DONT BOOK THIS YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED

Hidden fees, they watch you on a camera the whole time and try to get extra fees and even try to remove you from the property if a visitor comes over.
