For City Life it’s a 12 mile drive to The Peppermill & Atlantis Casinos, 5 miles to the prestigious PGA Annual Golf Tournament, 15 miles to Downtown Reno, Casinos, Theatre Productions, Festivals, Outdoor Concerts and much more (you are welcome to use our golf clubs,backpacks,snowshoes,poles,sleds and bike while enjoying all of this)! For everyday necessities it’s a 2 minute walk to the shopping center for groceries, restaurants and specialty shops, and 5 minutes to The Summit, the premier shopping and dining destination. The condo is approx. 1800 with two car garage on lower level. Second level boasts 2 Bedrooms with Queen Beds, 2 full Baths, Kitchen with all of our personal ware for entertaining, grilling on the patio or casual dining (no need to rush out for spices or staples),Dining Area, Great Room and Laundry Room. Top floor is a Loft used as office/bedroom with a Queen sofa sleeper and desk for work or play. Cable,High Speed Internet and all utilities included. All housewares, supplies, toiletries, linens, pool accessories, dvd’s, games, etc. are here for your personal use (what’s ours is yours)! *Minimum 30 day reservations *$80/night *Pets under 25 lbs. accepted with pet deposit of $150 *Security deposit $1,000 *Cleaning Fee of $200 *Excess cleaning and On Demand purchases deducted from deposit at check out

I found the people in the complex that I met to be friendly, and the gym & summer pool a welcome diversion. It was an amazing experience staying up at the fallen leaf condos. The host, Richard communicated with us very well and made us feel right at home. The pool was a great place to go and relax every day and the location of this place is right at the base of Lake Tahoe. If you love adventure this is the place to stay.

We spent a month at this amazing condo while deciding if Reno was the next place for two older gals to spend their final chapters! We had a great time exploring the Mt. Rose highway hiking and snow shoeing. The condo is very well appointed and the host was quick to respond to all inquiries. It was a terrific visit!

Great place for extended stay
My husbands parents stayed here during an extended visit to Reno and absolutely loved it. Very clean, safe, comfortable property. Easy access to south Reno and Lake Tahoe. Very friendly owners

This is a beautiful and secured landscaped property that we thoroughly enjoyed. Very quiet with lots of privacy, and so close to many tourist attractions. Although the primary purpose of this trip was to get medical treatment, this venue made it a memorable vacation experience we will never forget.

The condominium is a real gem. It’s very clean, well maintained and has most anything you would need. It’s a great quiet location with easy access to the the sierras, Reno, and Lake Tahoe.

Quiet and Comfortable Condo
The condo was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. We stayed 10 weeks for the wonderful skiing this winter and felt very at home at this place.

AN OUTSTANDING VISIT
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen is well-appointed, and there is plenty of room to move around. We were pleased with the facilities and bags provided for picking up after our dog during walks. There iare 2 wonderful malls close by with a great supermarket within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Condo and amazing location!
We truly loved our stay here and couldn't have had a better vacation. This townhouse has everything you need and more in such a prime location. Within steps to a fantastic grocery store, restaurants, shops, Starbucks, and you are so incredibly close to the Lake Tahoe area. The condo was very clean, very comfortable and had everything we were looking for. We loved touring around Reno and really enjoyed driving up the Tahoe area for outdoor activities. You won't be disappointed here, it's truly perfect.
