Very prompt replies from owner. Keurig coffee and waters supplied. Appreciated having TVs with cable for sports and news. Location handy within the complex and also handy to pool and workout center. No complaints, but bring shampoo.

Did not come across one issue during our stay. It was very pleasant. Fridge was filled with waters, pantry had paper towels and plates foil etc. I was familiar with the area and wanted to stay in this area specifically and enjoyed every second of it. Right by shopping and restaurants I little noise coming from the upstairs unit but that's a given when being on the 1st floor which was needed. All and all very satisfied will definitely stay again.

Excellent location close to all amenities and golf courses. Unit was well stocked with water and coffee and other staples to get you started. Only negative was the permanent resident in the unit above making noise ( foot steps, chair sliding across floor, and showering ) almost every night in the middle of the night. between 1:00 am and 3:30 am.

This property was exactly what we wanted for our stay in Scottsdale. The location was central to restaurants, shopping and activities. The condo was clean and well appointed. Charles responded to my questions quickly. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We would stay there again, and recommend it to friends.

Our overall impression was very positive. The condo was well stocked, very clean and perfect for our needs. We love the location and being on the first floor saved wear and tear on our knees. Charlie was responsive and a great host. We need to figure out how to stream Netflix and other services if we stay at this property in the future.

Charlie (host) was very helpful from booking online all the way through checkout when we left. The condo was exactly as described, and was well furnished. We had a wonderful stay in our condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. Plenty of cold bottled water and coffee k-cups. The pool and fitness center were a short walk away. Very convenient location close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and activities. Owner was very helpful with a special request and responded promptly to messages. Looking forward to staying here again!

We booked eight weeks at Charlie and Eva's wonderful condo at the Signature in Scottsdale. We had stayed in their other unit in 2018. The condo was furnished beautifully and completely stocked with all the essentials including a refrigerator full of water bottles. We had a minor problem which was addressed immediately by Charlie after contacting him. They are truly gracious and accommodating hosts. Whenever we return to Scottsdale we will certainly book with them again.

We could not have been happier with this property. We've stayed in many VRBO properties and this was by far the best. The owner left bottled water in the refrigerator as well as new toothbrushes and toothpaste in each bathroom. The split floor plan was great as each couple had complete privacy. The owner could not have been nicer or more responsive. Needless to say we will be back next year.

Location was great, minutes from Sonoran preserve for hiking, golf and Taliesin. Walk to grocery store. Very clean, heated pool, hot tub, sauna and work out facility I used daily. Owner was prompt and very flexible when I asked if I could check in early.

We were right across from the pool. We were also inside the property and not on a busy street. The area is very quiet and close to everything we needed. We could walk to the grocery and various restaurants. We are bikers and the location is very close to the bike paths that go all the way to downtown Scottsdale. We also could walk to Bell road to hike over the saddle at McDowell to Gateway Trailhead. We aren’t golfers but that is also very close
