Buena ubicación pero el apartamento necesita reforma

Highly recommend it!

Fanatic location, very clean and tidy apartment. Gorgeous balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee!!

The wifi speed could have been better but everything else was superb!

Worst experience overall except location.

Location

Pictures which displayed in booking ad and sent us at the time of booking confirmation that was not that proporrty which they gave us. In pictures propoerty looks new with elegant furniture but in an actual what we got honestly everything was too old and near to it’s expiry including furniture. We booked an appartment with terrance and there was not terrace instead of that without asking they gave us 1 bed extra. So in actual these are 100% fake pictures of the property. No point of contact for any complain or any need. Property manager who handed over the propoerty highly arrogant and unprofessional. His attitude was more like threat at the time of checkout to leave appartment.

Great price for location & overall apartment age.

Brilliant location, very central. The area was nice & quiet for a good night sleep! The property was very clean throughout & access was easy to the building via keybox at main door & outside of the flat too. Plenty of seating in the lounge and good to have a table to eat at which we used. Beds were comfy with plenty of towels 👍

The shower in the main bathroom temp was very unpredictable, from scalding to freezing throughout the shower I had. The heaters left to use in the property needed to be used but kept the place warm enough however 2 of these were broken so we just swapped them for some we found in the cupboard. The toaster blew the electrics twice so needs looking at. The property is slightly dated but was a great base for 1nt stay All the things listed above are easily rectified to make good 👍

Spaziosa, tranquilla e centralissima, peccato per le finiture

La posizione era perfetta per muoversi al centro, la cucina ben attrezzata con la lavasciuga utilizzata ogni giorno ci ha permesso di portare pochi abiti. Forno, tostapane, micro onde, lavastoviglie, bollitore ed ampio frigo ci hanno reso il soggiorno confortevole. Alcuni arredamenti di pregio altri molto meno

Materassi a molle e divano rigido non sono assolutamente sufficienti. Molte finiture lasciavano a desiderare: mattonelle del pavimento in bagno crepate con alto rischio di tagliarsi, punti di muffa e marcio nei pressi della cabina doccia e pavimento estremamente usurato. La televisione trasmetteva solo un video di bellissime canzoni inglesi a loop. Un'aspirapolvere sarebbe stata gradita.

location was awesome, equipped with everything but the down side it was under renovations, AC was not working in a couple of rooms, the light in the bathroom was not working as it supposed to be. but the apartment attendant was responsive and communicative. got everything done by the last day of the stay. we were able to manage around

Great price for Mayfair location

Lovely outdoor private terrace with table and chairs, great location near many restaurants, pubs, cafes, shops and Tube stations. Wonderful pub, french restaurant, coffee cafe, and convenience store on same street of apartment. Very walkable area to nearby Marylebone and Soho. Queen sized bed is very comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom very clean. We picked up the keys at one location and then we were provided with a paid Uber ride to the apartment. An air conditioner unit was provided in the bedroom.

Sofa bed in living room was a little hard. When sofa bed is open, there is no room to sit in living room at the dining table or to watch TV. Was trying to avoid stairs thus wanted that elevator, yet we found we had to walk up one flight from the 5th to 6th floor.

Stay away from this property.

Nothing.

Everything. It’s an absolutely disgusting, filthy and unkempt apartment. View the pictures. The carpet is dirty, dilapidated, the walls dingy. Extremely poorly maintained, and not clean. My kids and wife got sick with allergies and cough and I was forced to get another accommodation and pay for both.

Good location, nice apartment, hope the elevator works

Perfect location

Elevator was our of service and we were not made aware. We had plenty of heavy luggages with us. Lights in the bathroom kept tripping .

The location, safety and cleanliness.

Property wasn’t ready upon arrival, air conditioning units were not working, elevator was down and the WIFI connection was weak. We stayed in the 5th floor apartment so it was not convenient to take the stairs with heavy luggage/bags every time.

Location is great. Walking distance to many London attractions that we wanted to see. Kitchen has everything for cooking if you prefer to eat at home.

Avoid this place

Location

We are a family with child who booked Deluxe Apartment with terrace and balcony. Upon arrival we were told that it is impossible to get the apartment we have booked, that we must accept downgrade to another apartment which is not Deluxe. Not a smallest compensation nor apologize was offered. Just a remark that the company is experiencing shortage of apartments and we must be thankful to have a place to stay. When we arrived to a new address, we found that apartment is extremely dirty. Manager asked as to stay somewhere for a few hours to wait for apartment to be cleaned. As a result, we get into the apartment late in the afternoon and in one room only. Cleaning ladies were still working in living room and kitchen. Apartment is extremely run down. Dirty furniture. Fridge full of ice, shelves broken. We found a lot of Health & Safety issues which makes this place unsafe for a family with a child - bare electrical wires hanging. Loose mirror in the lobby. Apartment is extremely hot. All heat regulators are broken. To have ambient temperature more or less normal, we covered radiators with blankets as well as opened te windows. Damaged electrical socket in the wall. On the day of our departure, a lady came one hour before our departure time asking - Are You leaving soon? So rude! Nobody cared that our check in was delayed for a few hours. Overall, we were extremely disappointed. Worst place we ever stayed.

Window broken in one room so couldnt open it for fresh air as it was hot in flat Tv wouldnt connect to internet at all tried 5 times Doors dont shut properly No lock on bathroom door and door dont stay shut No parking Terrible Signal No balcony as stated

great location behind Claridges - spacious apartment

the main electric fuse kept going off - second bedroom had switches taped over so clearly electric problems in the apartment that need fixing - Claridges builders woke me up at 8am - apartment too hot and couldn’t work out how to open windows - cupboard doors lob sided and toilet seat wonky

Comfortable,in a good location but important services lacking

Location and comfortable

The flat was not ready in the check in time.There was not a free cleaning service,nor change in the towels.Not enough bathroom amenities for four people for 5 days.Half of the flat was without heating.All communication with the people in charge was through what’s up,we never saw anyone else,besides the cleaning lady in the first and last day.
