One of the finest homes in the Galena Territory, this one of a kind 4250sf home has the luxury, elegance and features you can’t find anywhere else. With 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 4 separate living areas and 4 decks, this is the home “4” you! Windows and light abound everywhere you turn in this brand new home on a 2.5 acre lot with beautiful trees and a fire pit for those relaxing outdoor evenings. Inside, exceptional furnishings and decorating provide the perfect setting to make your stay special. When you enter the home, the lofted ceilings in the living room complement the stunning wood and granite trim surrounding the fireplace and walls. Beautiful hardwood floors are found in the living room and the adjacent kitchen and dining areas. A separate living area on the other side of the main level provides a place to watch television, enjoy the view from the many windows, or walk out to either of the two main level exterior decks, one of which has a gas grill. The kitchen in this home, which offers an adjacent dining area, will please even the most demanding chef. With custom Bader cabinetry, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances – including a five burner cooktop – there is enough room in this kitchen for everyone. A generous Master bedroom is also found on the main level. It features a king bed, a walk-in closet and an elegant master bath with a free standing claw-footed tub, a walk-in tiled shower with dual shower heads, and two vanity sinks. Very pleased with this home . Tons of comfortable space and layed out so well that even if you have a large group or family you can spread out . We had lots of fun after golf playing air hockey and pool. There were only 4 of us so the deck was perfect for dinner or cocktails but it can’t accommodate more than that . They do have a fire pit with some chairs and lots of outdoor grounds in back .A couple of suggestions that could easily be fixed . On one of the master bath windows there is only a sheer curtain , so can totally see in at night . There is also no hook or towel bar near the master bath shower , so had to put our towel on the floor , and remind the cleaning person to clean the grill , it was really dirty .These were minor issues and we would surely rent this home again

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Lots of windows and balconies overlooking a spacious yard. The welcoming kitchen opened into comfortable living space. Each bedroom was very comfortable. Located in a fabulous area to visit. So many great shops restaurants in Galena and the 'mighty' Mississippi to explore. Highly recommended!

This property was amazing, beautiful and outstanding. My children enjoyed it my husband enjoyed it and I surely did enjoy it. And the shopping of downtown Galena was just perfect. We will be booking with them again. Thank you for the great experience.

This house has it all. There was plenty of room, and multiple places to just hang out. The basement has a great game room, and the reclining couch is so comfortable. Also, the windows in this home are simply amazing. There is so much light! If you are traveling with family, but also need your own places, this place is perfection. We will definitely be staying here again!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is very spacious and has a convenient layout. Lots of comfortable sitting areas and plenty of rooms/bathrooms for multiple familes! Great game room too!

The home was beautiful and well furnished. However, given that, we were surprised at some things not working. The master bath toilet, the turntable and light on the microwave, the ice maker?. It would be nice to have a "scrubby" for cleaning dirty pots & pans. Some info about how the TV worked would be helpful as well. Otherwise, it was great!

We had a great stay and the house was very nice. Nice upstairs entertaining area for 4 couples. And we had fun downstairs as well with pool and air hockey tables. Had a beautiful sunny Sat and all of us could sit outside on the deck.

Kitchen was well equipped and had lots of space for several people in there at a time. We enjoyed the several areas we could gather as a group. The house was very clean and comfortable. We were disappointed by Eagle Ridge Resort facilities in that the restaurant was closed and the bathrooms on the golf courses were not clean or had provisions.

Very spacious and clean house. Big yard and fire pit. Loved the kitchen and dining room bc it was in the middle of the home. Loft was great for our younger kids. Huge basement with pool and air hockey games, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in basement plus a family room. Great for families.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for the 9 of us. We enjoyed playing the pool table, etc. and the campfire set up was wonderful. The house was immaculate and the communication with the owner was great. We love the amenities in the Territory- from swimming, golfing, pontoon boating on the lake, tennis and enjoying the nature around us. On our rainy morning, we also toured the Mississippi Aquarium and Museum in Dubuque. That was amazing! We will definitely be back!

This property was the perfect home for a Galena getaway. First off, the millwork throughout the home is stunning. The layout of the home is excellent for hosting multiple families. The bedrooms are separate where you can have your own privacy. The kitchen and dining area are set up for memorable extended family dinner conversations. The basement knocks it out of the park with all of the table games to get your competitive juices flowing. Bring the firewood for nightcaps around the pit. Tracy has put together a beautiful home and it’s awesome that she’s able to share it so others can enjoy.

It was a great weekend with my brothers and their wives. We played card games and enjoyed the pool table and the other table games in the basement areas. How I believe that I left my Hawkeye fluffy socks their. The color is black and gold with Hawkeye emblem on them. If they are found please send them to us. Over all it was great thinking about next year.
