Situated in Breckenridge, this lovely house for $1,171 per night is a great choice for your next break. Breckhauz is a fabulous 4,200 + square foot mountain home located just a short walk to historic downtown Breckenridge, or just an easy 400 yard walk to the free ski shuttle stop. It is the perfect mountain getaway for family ski trips and reunions. Four beautifully appointed king bedrooms and four and one half baths make this an ideal retreat for couples. Kids will enjoy the hot tub and the 60 inch flat screen TV in the game room. Cooks will appreciate the spacious, beautifully appointed kitchen with Bosch and Thermidor appliances. The master bedroom suite is located privately on a separate floor . Wake up on the king size tempurpedic mattress to amazing views of the ski slopes. Relax in the steam shower and Jacuzzi tub after a day of skiing or hiking. On warm mornings you can have coffee on the private balcony looking out to the mountains and ski slopes. Retreat to the master suite to watch TV in front of the cozy fireplace. A junior master suite is located conveniently on the same level as the 2 car garage, laundry room/mud room, living, dining and kitchen areas. Two additional bedrooms are downstairs adjacent to the game room. The game room has a large, comfortable leather sectional to gather around the 60 inch flat screen TV. A convenient wet bar with a beverage cooler and extra dishwasher enhances the enjoyment of the game room. This luxurious vacation home will provide you and your family and/or friends with all of the comforts needed to enjoy your time in historic Breckenridge whether you are skiing, white water rafting, cycling, hiking, or just enjoying the spectacular scenery. Look for more information by searching for Breckhauz on the internet. You'll still be directed back to VRBO to reserve the property. Even though the VRBO site states that the cancellation policy is : "No refunds after booking", the actual cancellation policy is: 100% refund of first payment if cancelled at least 90 or more days prior to the check-in date less $200 to cover booking and handling. 50% of first payment if cancelled between 60- 90 days prior to the check-in date less $200 to cover booking and handling. 0% if cancelled less than 60 days prior to check-in date. The $1,000 damage deposit will always be refunded if the reservation is cancelled. VACATION TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had a group of 8 out from the east coast for a weekend in Breckenridge. The house couldn’t have been a better fit for our group. Beautiful location, amazing home and the host were very accommodating. We loved it so much we are bringing family back up for Easter weekend.

We stayed at Breckhaus 2/19/23-2/24/23. I am writing this review as we drive home from such a fun and memorable family ski trip.
First I want to say thank you to Debbie who was an incredible host. She was always very quick to respond to any questions we had and had some great suggestions for our family while we stayed in her home!
The house is beautiful. The pictures are pretty much true to form but what they don’t convey is the warmth and coziness you feel the minute you walk in. The kitchen is very modern and fully stocked. The bedrooms are huge and the en suite bathrooms are fantastic. We were spoiled by the heated floors EVERYWHERE! There were 9 adults and our 10 month old granddaughter and everyone had their own space if they wanted but the family rooms were so perfect to come together to play board games, watch TV, listen to music or just relax after long days on the slopes. The hot tub was also fantastic- heated outdoor pads to walk on from the lower floor sliders to the steps of the hot tub (again we felt so spoiled!). We even got to see the cutest friendly fox right outside the front porch. There was also a pack and play crib, high chair and stroller available for us to use for our granddaughter (so convenient).
The actual location of the house was perfect. Close to mountain (we had cars but there was a shuttle stop very near by). Also close to downtown.
We would HIGHLY recommend this VRBO. Everything was perfect.

This house was amazing! There were seven of us girls and it slept us all comfortably. Debbie is wonderful and very accommodating. The hot tub was amazing! We loved our stay and will hopefully stay here again!

We and two other couples rented this house for a week-long ski trip. We knew it was going to be nice, but we were blown away by how beautiful the home was, how close it was to everything, and how communicative the owner, Debbie, was.
A few highlights:
-The master suite has a jacuzzi and a steam shower, which was heavenly after days of skiing in subzero temperatures.
-The floors are heated. Enough said.
-The kitchen appliances are professional grade, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware and tools to prepare any meal.
-There’s a wine chiller in the basement.
-4 king bedrooms, each with own bathroom.
We would love to stay here again on future ski adventures!

The pictures on the listing do not do it justice. It is an amazing property. Clean and kitchen has all the essentials. Beautiful views from every room. Heated floors were a huge plus!! Plenty of room to accommodate our whole family. Best White Christmas ever! Thanks again!

Our family enjoyed our recent stay in Breckenridge. The house was amazing!. There was plenty of space to gather and enjoy everyone’s company. Yet the configuration easily accommodated privacy. The kitchen was fully equipped, and was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms were comfortable and the en-suite baths are a plus. Loved the heated floors.
Great views in every direction and convenient to Main Street and the slopes.

A*. Unbelievable value. Our group agreed it was the nicest VRBO we’ve stayed in. Don’t get freaked out by the initial drive up the street from Main St. It’s totally doable and only a 10 min walk to town. Insane views, huge living. room, primary bathroom is a total spa! If you want views, space, luxury living and a short walk to town, book it! Oh and beds and towels are money!

We loved the property. It's perfectly situated near the town of Breck, close to the town, close to hiking trails, but also just far enough away that you feel secluded in the mountains. The master bedroom and bathroom are amazing and occupy most of the 2nd floor of the house, truly amazing. The kitchen, family room, dining areas on the main floor are huge and wide open. Great for big families or a couple families sharing a house with kids. The basement level has its own family room, with a few bedrooms and direct access to the hot tub porch which is awesome as well.
We loved it. We will stay here again.

Beautiful House - the Perfect Getaway!
This house is beautiful and so clean. We took a girl's trip to Breckenridge - and the 4 king beds were perfect for our group. And the hot tub and steam shower were an added bonus! Debbie was also great to work with - very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Hated that we had to leave a night early due to early flight out of Denver , have you pay for entire 7 days which I understand, just a bummer paying for 2 places. Debbie the owner was so kind yo work with, do much so I told her I felt we had become friends and I hoped to meet her someday!! We we absolutely stay here again!!

This is a gorgeous, comfortable, super clean mountain home with beautiful views. We felt at home with all the thoughtful amenities - everything needed for cooking family meals together after skiing and the well appointed bedrooms allowed for wonderfully rested nights. Loved that we could all fit around the table comfortably to eat and play games and everyone had a cozy spot in the living room next to the fireplace too! Thanks to Debbie, a very kind and gracious host, we felt like appreciated guests and had a perfect stay! We’ll be back for sure!

This property was insanely gorgeous and perfect. I felt like we were in a movie this house was so magnificent. Additionally the owners were the easiest to deal with. Before I got home my deposit was refunded. I will be making this a yearly rental. Absolutely exquisite.

This was a perfect get away for our group. The house was beautiful and has all the amenities. The owner was awesome and responded to any questions we had pre-trip in a prompt fashion. Once we arrived, there was no need to contact her as everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this owner/house.

Beautiful Holiday Get-a-way
In the middle of the pandemic, this house was the perfect get-a-way. It had all the amenities we needed and plenty of space to stretch out and rejuvenate before starting the new year. We had a wonderful time just relaxing, skiing and being together. The house is close enough to downtown and the hills but far enough to be "away" from the crowds! Great Hot Tub!
