The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to answer our questions and assist us in any way possible.
The one small fan was way too inadequate to cool the space and there was no way to get cross ventilation. The mattresses were way too soft and very hot.

Let down by dishonest cleaners (my wife’s AirPods magically disappeared)
