A very nice stay

It was a big apartment in a lovely building, the host was excellent and gave us recommendations on where to eat etc. Good location.

Amazing and comfortable stay

Check-in was painless. The host was very accommodating. The place is nearby great restaurants, and the place is very welcoming and clean.

We had an excellent time and everything was as expected. Our host was very attentive.

The location was excellent and very easy to walk around the popular areas. So many restaurants and shops close by.

There was a Hotel across the street from the apartment and every other nights they would do deliveries around 4-5 o’clock am. The noise was a little bit loud but I should say if your windows were closed you would not have it as much.

Excellent apartment to enjoy the sights of Madrid

Beautiful property and very comfortable and clean. Great space with everything working well and nice place to relax. Feels like your staying in a palace as the building is very historic.

The host was very friendly and helpful and the apartment is beautiful, clean and modern.

We arrived early in Madrid and the Host allowed us to drop off our bags before the actual check in time. I had trouble with the instructions on how to get inside the building so the hosts walked us through over the phone to get in the building. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The building and apartment was very secure and I felt very safe. The host left us a couple of bottles of water and snacks upon our arrival. The host also provided coffee (nespresso) which was a plus. There was plenty of space in the living room to relax and the terrace was a lovely addition to the apartment. I love the big windows that open up and there were plenty of windows. The main bedroom had plenty of closet space and drawers. The area was close to the Chamberi section and there were plenty of restaurants and shops. It's also about a mile walk to Puerto Del Sol area. The area is pretty quiet at night but can get a bit noisy on the weekends.

The 2nd bedroom didn't have any dressers for the guests so my kids had to live out of their suitcases. The 2nd bathroom was a bit small but at least there's a 2nd bathroom.

Gorgeous appartement, best service, great location.

Absolutely gorgeous appartement with beautiful old world details. One of a kind, you will never see something like this again. Our host was amazing, he responded quickly to my questions, provided us with many tips for restaurants, supermarkets, what to see and to do. The appartement itself is the best I have ever stayed. Away from the noise but close to the city centre, you can walk everywhere! Do not search any longer, pick this appartement, it is amazing!

The host was helpful and kind. The apartment was clean, big, bads were comfortable, and the kitchen had almost all you needed. Loved that the master bedroom had a separate shower. Close to the metro and dia supermarket.

It would have been helpful to have scissors and operating instructions for kitchen appliances. I had to download instructions in english on how to operate the washing machine. We were there for 5 nights on the last 2 the hot water weren't enough for the 4 of us.

The apartament is great! Clean, comfortable and with great location - 2 min walk to metro and 10 minutes to city center. The hall, elevator and apartment design is sooo atmospheric! Love it!

The windows could be a bit more soundproof but it doesn't have a big impact on our opinion.

Excellent Location! A recently renovated apartment in an old luxury building. Has a supermarket around the corner, lots of restaurants near by.

Adequate as only in Madrid two nights to recover from jetlag as we had travelled from New Zealand.

Central and quiet

The apartment was smaller than expected and decoration a little tired, although the building itself was lovely.

Beautiful apartment in central location

Loved our stay at Sagasta. The property was beautiful, comfy and had all amenities one needs. Really appreciated quick responses and all the help from Alvaro. Would definitely return.

It is advisable also to have in the kitchen spoons and forks 🍴. We tried to buy plastic / wooden 🥄 and 🍴 from the nearest supermarkets but it was difficult to find smth.
