Love the Japanese vibe and its neighbourhood, near to convenience stores and local restaurant . also near to local tourist spot . Bedrooms are big and comfortable .Bathroom is huge .Warm reception with coffee and tea provided . Provided toiletries and laundry detergents .
The living area and dining area looks old and dull, I saw the other floors in the website that are more updated and clean with the Japanese style .

The apartment was decorated in a traditional Japanese way. There were tatami mats on the floor, a low table, futon beds, traditional doors, and decorations. The bathroom was very clean and there were things like toothbrushes and shaving kits for us. The area we stayed in was very quiet but still had some nice restaurants and bars around. The Kyoto CoOp was nearby for some very good fruit and vegetables. It was a short walk from a metro station and from one of the key Imperial Palaces in Kyoto. But it was a 15 minute commute to the old town and about a 10 minute walk to the main part of the city.
There's upmarket places like a French bakery and chocolate cake shop in the area.
Overall I liked it, but it's NOT a hotel room. Guest are expected to wash the towels and to take out the garbage. Also, the check in process requires you to have a phone to do a QR code check in. The kitchen has a lot of things you need, but you couldn't cook because things like mixing bowls, serving platters, etc., are not available.
