Il y avait de la place pour tout le monde C’était bien pratique les 3 douches quand on est un groupe Calme et reposant

Very good value, friendly responsive host, a bit far from public transport

The apartment is clean and VERY spacious, the host (Peter) was kind and friendly. Peter offered to come and fix a broken shower within 24 hours, very responsive. The kitchen had all the expected utensils and appliances, plus extras that some other places don't offer (washing machine and stools for drying clothes). 4 private rooms, (each of them with a table, desk, closet and clothes hanger), in addition to the main living space. The area is very quiet and the back porch with private picnic table is excellent for relaxation. Two showers and two private toilets ensure that there is never a long queue to use them - this was great. The apartment is a bit far from public transport, 10-15 minute walk along streets, part-way without a sidewalk, so we had to walk on the street - not so easy when you return from the city after a long day. Of course, this is not in Peter's control :-) The explanation how to get to the apartment were not exactly clear, it took some time to discover that the entrance is from the back, via the parking lot next to the building. Perhaps Peter could explain this matter better in the welcome message. One of the two showers does not have privacy to dress/undress, so it is not very useful if you have a mixed party. Perhaps Peter can add a curtain or door for improved privacy. Only one towel is offered per bed. If you stay multiple days the towels might not have enough time to dry; I would suggest to offer 2 towels for each person. When we arrived, there was only one key in the lockbox, so we could not split our party when we went outside; I would suggest to put 2 keys in the lockbox for such cases. There are 4 private sleeping rooms with 2 single beds in each room; it would be nice if at least one of the rooms had a double bed for use by a couple. Also, the rooms have private key locks but it was not explained in the instructions how the locks work (we tried to understand and failed) - a simple explanation in the welcome page would solve this problem. There is no safe in the apartment for storing passports, laptops, and valuables when the visitors are outside the apartment during the day. Safes are not usual in such apartments, so it's not surprising, but adding a safe would be a big benefit.

Exceptional

The whole group was able to stay together. There were plenty of showers (three in total) so everyone could get ready easily.

Fantastic space, superb host but heat made it difficult to truly enjoy.

Property was clean, beds were comfortable, showers and toilets were great. Great supply of coffee machine. Peter was very kind and welcoming and gave plenty of fantastic information to help our stay. Great supply of fans.

No fresh ventilation, I believe the lowest temperature the apartment got was 30 degrees which made sleeping almost impossible, this made it feel like the price we paid was unfair as we couldn’t enjoy our stay as much with such a severe lack of sleep and feeling of unwellness in the heat this was the only bad part of the apartment stay and hope it gets fixed soon. Once this is fixed though I would recommend everytime to anyone else.

Alright place but Beds and sofa beds need to be sorted.

good for a group of people. 10-15 mins to the city centre so not too bad.

beds were a bit uncomfortable and the duvets were itchy. We were told there would be 3 sofa beds in the living room and there wasn’t even 1 sofa bed.

Great for a large group!

Amazing apartment for our large group of 12 people! Very comfy beds, large bathroom with multiple showers and 2 toilets. Kitchen / lounge was set up well so we could do large dinners together. Very grateful to the hosts for such an easy apartment for us!

Superb

Friendly staff, clear instructions, easy to gain access, the rooms are very large.

There wasn't an oven/grill, but the real sticker was there was no toaster!

Do you like insects, bad smell, and dust under your bed????

That we only had to stay for 3 nights and not longer.

The first day we arrived, we were sent the wrong adress and had to wait for the landlord to give us the right place to go. Everything in the aparment was dirty and there was insects everywhere too. We are pretty sure the insects are nesting in the apartment, since we did not open windows to let them in. The livingroom smelt like smoke and wasn't properly cleaned like the rest of the rooms. We found a bag of weed behind the sofa with minors living with us. Bathroom smelt bad because of the washing machine. Only cold water when we took a bath and the wifi was turned off on the last day we were there. The AC was broken. The window in the biggest bedroom couldn't be opened, and there weren't enough fans for all the rooms either We were promised parking spots but someone had parked in the parking spots that the landlord had "reserved" for us. Overall this place is horrible and we would not recommend anyone to stay at this location if you value yourself or your family.

We loved the location that it was slightly out of the city and we had our own space. Lovely facility’s, met everyone’s needs.

its more like a shared house, not a separated apartment. so basically you just get a room in an apartment and have to share kitchen and bathroom with other unknown ppl.
