topi in camera, terribile…

posizione vicina alla metro e a negozi

i problemi che abbiamo riscontrato sono stati molti. In primo luogo, il check in era dalle 15 ma siamo entrate nella stanza dopo aver aspettato 40 minuti fuori dalla casa. Divano letto non fatto, nonostante nella prenotazione fossimo 4, asciugamani sporchi e in alcuni punti molta polvere. Il giorno dopo, tornati a casa la sera, il codice della porta principale non funzionava. Per questo motivo siamo rimasti fuori per 30 minuti e siamo riusciti ad entrare solo grazie a una persona che era uscita; le persone che avevamo chiamato non ci rispondevano, la comunicazione in generale è stata difficile. Il penultimo giorno abbiamo trovato un topo in casa che ci ha costretti a stare tutto il pomeriggio in stanza ad attendere il disinfestatore che é arrivato dopo 5 ore. Abbiamo chiesto se avessero un’altra camera in cui potessimo andare, ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposta. Abbiamo infatti perso soldi per un biglietto che avevamo acquistato proprio quel pomeriggio, cosa che è stata poi comunicata ma, nonostante il disinfestatore avesse confermato la presenza del topo e avesse messo le trappole, non ci è stato fatto un rimborso parziale che avevamo richiesto. Non consiglio assolutamente.

Never again!!!

Location is great and public transport it’s just around the corner (subway and bus)

Unacceptable host, wash machine not working the full week and no solutions provided by the host, windows were broken, flat were not ready at the arriving time (15.00)

Very good

The location is perfect. Close to everything. Automatic access with codes,no need to meet owner at night time. Allowed to leave luggage after check out hours. Good for a couple,not more, cause sofa is very tough.

It is appears on site like 1 bedroom and 1 living room and I explictly asked about it, and was answered Yes, there are. But in reality it is only 1 combined space , so it was great dissapointment. No privacy. One double bed was fine. The sofa is tough. Pillows are very tough and basic.

convenient location, good room size for family stay (vs other tiny hotel rooms in this area)

The location is very convenient, 5 minutes walking to High Street Kensington Station, and 15 minutes to Notting Hill Station. There are many restaurants and grocery stores on Kensington High St. There are more around South Kensington, a few blocks further south. There is a good bookstore nearby.

You can hear the street noise in the morning. The apartment windows are not able to do much sound isolation. There are no storage places if you ever need to store your luggage after the checkout but before leaving the city.

The location of the property is excellent. It’s just 2 minutes from the high street. The place is clean and good amenities

Great place to stay while on a vacation to London!

Location was awesome. The underground station was a few minute walk, and there was a ton of other things to do in the Kensington area. Apartment was very clean, and getting let in was a super easy process

Traveled with my parents (senior citizens). We had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend it.

Location, walking distance to High Street tube and close by hop on/off stop. Surrounded by nice restaurants and stores.

Bad

The apartment was in a dirty condition. There was a building suite right outside which we were not aware of and which greatly affected our stay in a a negative way. It was operational even on Saturdays . When we moved out we wanted our fully refundable deposit back but we were told by the booking.com that the agency told them they did not charge us a deposit which was clearly indicated in writing in the payment summary. Anyway we were informed by the booking.com that they could do nothing about it. When we asked for towels etc ,we had to spend too much time calling and explaining the same thing all over again. The landlord was nice, but regardless it didn’t improve our stay . The apartment is located in a very nice neighbourhood, unfortunately that’s the only thing we appreciated during our stay.

Very poor

The property is in a great location but sewer stench is a problem that is hard to ignore. The sewer stank badly so that my 22 yr old Daughter would not shower and would only use the toilet when absolutely necessary. The toilet flush was broken so not working. Had to poke around in the hole to find button to press in order to flush toilet. The crockery and pots were all dirty and unwashed from previous visitor but stacked away in the cupboard as if ready to be used. Bed linen on pull out couch was also stained wrinkled and appeared used from previous guest. A clean bottom sheet was eventually supplied but not a full set of sheets!! Not acceptable!

flat next door. young people. had a party and woke us up at 3am. and continued until I called Moh to ask them to stop. .. street noise is high. and it’s extremely warm.

Friendliness of host and flexibility with regard to my ´spécial wishes´. Really nice. Location is a dream. Quiet and just a few minutes walk to Kensington Gardens and High Street Kensington. Top and highly recommended.

Great location. Friendly staff. Generous sized room, especially for london.

Didn't make it clear that I needed to call on arrival, I presumed we'd meet outside property so I waited for a few minutes before calling. Not a big issue. Sound transmission between apartments was quite loud. People below us were having a party until quite late at night. The finish of the apartment was a bit tired but all still serviceable

Great flats and accommodating host

Our stay here was extremely enjoyable, the apartment is located very close to the tube and nearby amenities. Very clean and spacious. The host was very accommodating and was there to answer any questions we had about the apartment. 10/10.

Good apartment but very bad entrance

The apartment was good and cozy.

The entrance was very poor to our apartment. At all times thrash was there despite repeated request to the host. The entrance was in very bad shape and you can’t host anyone there as you have to pass by thrash in order to enter the building

At times it was a bit noisy. The wonderful property manager dealt with this immediately. He was very flexible to accommodate all my wishes. The location of the property is absolutely perfect next to Kensington Gardens and to High Street Kensington.
