The location was great. We had a car so it was close enough to get to town and town was not that far. The grounds were awesome. My kids loved the pool and to hop over from pool to jacuzzi and then walk into the lagoon that was right there. The staff was exceptional. They were all so nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here. Our breakfast was not included with the booking.com reservation but you could buy everything a la cart. We stayed in the private lagoon room with Jacuzzi on the deck. We loved the room and private balcony to the lagoon. We also booked the lagoon tour through them and I didn't compare prices directly but in a quick search I feel like the prices through this hotel were cheaper than if you went into town. The tour leaves right from the dock. The use of kayaks that are included were awesome as well. Overall, we would stay again for sure. I tried to upload photos but for some reason it's not uploading. I'll try again later.
The only thing I would say is that the bathrooms in this room could be updated and redone. The shower just seemed old and dark. But that was minor and it would not stop me from booking again.

It’s so beautiful! Employees wonderful except for one waiter.
Good at restaurant is great so on the last day we wanted to eat there. My soup had a hair. I asked waiter to change for another one. He seemed upset about it. I asked very nicely. They took forever to bring me the soup the waiter sent someone else to bring it to me, it was watery and terrible. I was starving so ate most of it but was very upset about it. I told the waiter and the chef came out. He agreed it was watery and tasted like nothing. He apologized. I have no idea what happened I even thought it was on purpose from the waiter. Anyway it was so bad I got sick. It was a terrible way to end our stay. Everything else was magnificent.

The staff was very nice through out our whole stay. It’s located about 10 minutes from the town. Everything was always clean. We enjoyed the pool and the lagoon. They offer a lagoon tour which is 100 percent worth it. Definitely would stay here again.

The reception staff was very kind and the location was great.
The food was not good- actually bad. A lot of staff was grumpy. The place was a little tired.
