Well equipped, a good size and unbelievably quiet. Possibly the best accommodation we’ve used in Brighton.

Easy check in process, good sized room, some thought has gone into the decor, love the unlocking of all doors via the app. The room was quiet.
No hook for hand towel in bathroom, nowhere to plug in a hairdryer except to unplug coffee machine. The room has a window but facing a wall so it was dark & grey in there. Fire alarm went off at 9pm and we had to evacuate - no staff to be seen and some rough guy admitted he’s smoking in the room. Never any confirmation that all is clear or apology from the hotel, so we kept thinking the alarm will go off again at night if guests are just freely smoking in the rooms.
Also the tea coffee in the room is cheap and nasty. We stayed in Numas in other countries where you get much higher quality tea, coffee and cookies I’m the room.

I had a good stay here. I was able to park at the hotel which was good but a bit pricey. The room itself was lovely. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and once I had worked out how to use the codes for entering the hitel/lift/room etc it was all good. I just thought at first that it was a bit strange not having a reception desk.
Nothing not really as I said before just not having a reception desk and the codes were a bit confusing to start

The location is great, right in the heart of Brighton.
We had rooms without much natural light, felt claustrophobic and like we were in a basement. We had a view of a brick wall.
