I really liked the room, the cleanliness and the location
Initially i couldn't work out where breakfast was, however i discovered that it was written on the room guide

Rooms were lovely, bathroom was clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable.
Easy to find our rooms.
Very modern and safe feel to the hotel.
Wish there was hot chocolate with the hot drinks selection - and a biscuit selection would have been nice too.
Shower pressure was relatively weak, especially with such a large shower head.
We got stuck in the car park! The codes did not work to let us in.
Because there were two of us under one booking, I had to contact customer services to get the pin for the second room as it didn't automatically send to my colleague.

We didn’t particularly like the room on arrival however the problem was resolved very quickly and efficiently.

the room was very clean. the bathroom was also clean. there was a kitchen which was good if you wanted one as there is a supermarket opposite so one can self cater
the room was stark without any character. the shower had a slippery floor and no mat to improve grip.
