The view and the big room
The attention to detail. Bath tap was off the wall. The smell of breakfast smells all the way up to the top floor!

Staff polite and convenient location.
Size of the room smaller than expected. Paid for sea facing but got west facing and not what was advertised by booking.com. Either party have not yet met a solution despite my photos. Confusing breakfast options, vegan get a march larger variety of items compared to full English? we like beans and hash browns too ;-)
