Breakfast was lovely. Especially having a complimentary breakfast. Room was clean and the filtered coffee was a nice touch. Spa facilities also nice, BHol August. Staff were really kind and helpful. Perfect location.
I did find the parking expensive arriving late Fri to leaving Thursday afternoon. Full charge for 3 days.
Pool edges could do with a good scrub. Bi- carb to get the dirt off or a jet wash.

Location was perfect on the sea front to them exit the hotel directly onto the Lanes Shopping area was perfect.
Some noise from the glazing , although a very windy evening, corner sea front room seemed to catch the cross wind .

The young bar man was lovely and helpful really mince and a credit.
The young lady behind reception didn’t even look at us when we checked out.
We had to hang around for the room after 3pm waiting for confirmation it had been checked by house keeping, we did get a free drink at the bar.
We couldn’t sit on our suite balcony because there was no padding on the outside seating.
The Sofa in the £444 seaview suite was ripped and it was the first thing you see when you go in the room.
The air con (it was one of those hot days in July) in the lounge blowed warm air. The air con in the bedroom was better but it still wasn’t cool enough for us.
The complementary water offered was pathetic and too small.
The fried potato’s at breakfast were way over cooked and the breakfast was lukewarm warm.
The reception area was too cold at breakfast time which cooled breakfast down a light speed!
