Good location. Appropriate standard of rooms.
The breakfast at Euro 35 per person seemed over-priced: we eat out every morning at half the cost.

I loved the room. It was very quiet and comfortable, with an excellent bed. I also loved the breakfast. There was so much choice and everything was delicious, including the omelettes which were cooked on the spot. But the highlight for me was the large indoor pool in which it was possible to swim proper laps. The pool is 18 metres long, which is particularly big for a hotel pool. It is surrounded by a variety of comfortable lounging chairs and beds and even has an outside area for sitting and lounging. Towels are provided and drinks can also be ordered. There is even a special lift for those wishing to use the pool and fitness area, so that you can be in your robe and slippers and not have the discomfort of meeting fully dressed guests as you would in the regular lifts. The hotel's location, in Charlottenburg, was also very pleasant. I would definitely book here again.
My shower leaked onto the bathroom floor so I had to put a towel down. My room was not provided with a robe so I had to ask for one. Also, I couldn't figure out how to use the kettle. It turned out that there was a 'trick' for getting it to work, and so I think it would be a good idea to place a note with instructions, as I'm sure I'm not the only one to encounter this problem. But these were honestly just small things and didn't spoil my enjoyment at all.

Great location and timely cleaning service
AC didn’t work. Lot of noise from the streets when you open the windows, even from 7th floor. Technical problems with television - it often just turned itself off, or pictures and sound out of sync. Personal at the bar - even though it was staffed with eight people, which was more than the number of guests, it took a long time for them to even recognize my existence when I tried to order a drink. This happened three times.
