Food exceptional. Staff friendly, room clean.
Pillows were flat and hard.

Location was perfect. Easy to drive to from by pass. Free parking. On bus route to centre of Edinburgh.
Unfortunately no lift. But was given a room with fewest stairs to access.

The room was very clean but in need of upgrade & they need to rethink the position of the tv.
Dinner was very good. Breakfast not so good. Choice was poor.
Dinner was lovely. Staff mostly pleasant

The staff were all very friendly and the check in was easy. The room was a good size and warm. The views from the property were good. It was easy to use public transport to get into the city. We ate in the restaurant on our first night; the meal was served promptly and was very good.
There was no lift and there were a lot of stairs to get to our room.
The breakfast was disappointing compared to other similar places that we have stayed. There wasn’t much choice and things kept running out. The hot food was disappointing.
Although next to a bus route, it still took quite a while to get into town.
