Fantastic staff, clean room, the bathtub separate from the shower booth

Very nice hotel, comfortable, great staff and service! 30min walk to old town, bus stop nearby. It was also nice and quiet, outside the Fringe madness. The Canny Man's next door was also excellent! Would stay again

We liked the location as was in a nice area of Edinburgh and very close to the bus stop to catch the bus to the centre. The shower was good and powerful too.
It was a tiny room, which we paid a lot of money for. It was above the kitchen so really smelt of onions. It was warm and there was no fan, so we needed to have the window open - this meant our Friday evening was very much an overwhelming smell of onions and the noisy beer garden below.
