Perfect for a short stay

Clean. Near station. Good for Royal Albert Hall and science museum

Enjoyable and the lack of lift kept me fit.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel was well situated for the tune and the RAH. I would stay there again.

Unfortunately the lift was out of order which meant having to use the stairs which when on the 4th floor meant that there were actually 8 floors to climb given the layout of the building.. Fine in some ways for me but for more elderly or infirm people would prove extremely difficult. A text or email giving prior warning of the lift issue would be helpful. Staff carried the luggage up and down again on arriving and leaving so thankfully that wasn't left to me to do. A minor detail was that the TV in room 411 was slightly at an angle, not of putting but should be dealt with. Larger shower heads in the shower would help with water flow. But these weren't major issues for me.

Very nice friendly small hotel… opposite the tune and an in house Indian Restaurant

The pillows were too large and firm… need softer lower pillows please, otherwise fab little hotel great find…

The staff were very helpful and professional and the breakfast was beautiful.

Nice stay!

It is located in the convenience location, close to subway station. The staff are very helpful.

The bathroom was very small and the shower was not strong for warm water.

Will never stay in this hotel

location is the only plus point

no hot water flow in shower and mixer tap. Management did nothing to correct and did not offer any alternative solution. We were forced to shower in dripping water

Excellent location, close to transport around city.

Some mould around shower base and missing patch of wallpaper above air conditioner.

The breakfast was lovely and the location was fantastic and rooms were comfortable

The lift wouldn’t respond to the button on the lower ground floor where we were staying.

Cleanliness and Location. All in all a good led hotel and recommendable!

Not good that it is not mentioned in the booking info that this room (530) lies in the basement and that is stated to have a "View". There is a big window but the "View" was just into the basement yard (see pic). This was completely misleading.

Within easy walking distance of the Royal Albert Hall. Staff all pleasant and helpful. Room clean and bed was very comfortable.Breakfast (continental) reasonably priced and ample.

Shared bathroom facilities, which had not been apparent on booking.A lot of traffic noise in the morning.

Location was great for tube connection and nearby museums, Kensington Palace.

Customer service excellent.

Hotel bar shut down earlyish. Evening meals exclusively Indian. Great food but some variety would be good.

Lovely 1 night in Kensington

The service was impeccable! The price was also extremely fair for the location, my room did not have a bathroom but I knew that ahead of time so it didn't bother me, also my room had a sink so my basic needs were covered.

Nothing really, it was quite nice.

Good value for money, helpful and attentive staff, discount of 15% when the bar or restaurant used.

Continental breakfast, very good selection, fresh and well presented.

Size of rooms, a double bed in a single room with one side of the bed pushed hard against the wall which meant that you had to crawl down the bed if you were u p during the night.

Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Accommodating for requests.

The hotel looks and feels so tired and dated. No USB slots in the bedroom, the toiletries were basic. But it was fine for one night
