Excellent hotel. We arrived very late at night and had no issues accessing the hotel and finding our room. We had checked in online prior to arrival and we were sent all the information we needed. The location was great! It took between 5-10mins to get to Old Town but Gros was really cool too. The hotel and the room were spotless. There was also a free self service coffee machine in the reception. When we did see staff they were incredibly friendly. There were free umbrellas to use and a free luggage storage room.
Only one pillow per person and one cushion. I would have liked another pillow but when we arrived it was too late and no staff to ask.

Gros location was nice. Room was affordable and clean.
Tiny room. No real reception area (except small, occasionally staffed desk in lobby). Bed not that comfortable. Did I mention the room was tiny? :)
