We arrived at the hotel at midnight after a grueling seven-hour flight delay, only to be pleasantly surprised that they had prepared sandwiches, fruit, and drinks for us since we missed dinner. The receptionist was wonderful, escorting us straight to our room without any tedious check-in delays. The incredible staff contributed immensely to the warm atmosphere. Furthermore, the hotel boasts a prime location within walking distance of the beach and just a short drive from Lake Kournas and the Argyroupoli waterfalls
The only downside was the bed, which was uncomfortable and led to poor sleep, leaving us with back and muscle pain on our final morning. It’s a pity, as everything else about our stay was truly amazing

Very clean, lots of activities for kids and a great beach nearby.
The staff were really amazing ! Special thanks to Effie, Irina and Anna from reception/ management and of course to Andi, Soni, Thomas, Marios and Markella from the restaurant.
The food was of great quality and variety.
I think the only suggestion would be to minimise access to the pools during the evenings for safety purposes as lots of toddlers hang around during that time.

Fantastic customer service. The manger really cares about the hotel, his staff and the customers experience.
Food is excellent. We are vegan but the head chef made sure we were not left out.
Lovely beach and great entertainment in the evenings.
We Definitely recommend this hotel!
More English families would have been great!

Aqua Park great for kids

Good food at a la carte restaurants
Food in basement of the building with no terrace or chance to enjoy the weather of the country, hard to understand as the island is so far in the south.
Food on main restaurant not more than ok, really disappointing for a 5 star restaurant
Hard or nearly impossible to get an appointment in the only nice restaurants, which are the a la carte ones.
Beach is not directly connected to the hotel as main street is in between.
Take care when choosing your room, respectively avoid the ones in the main building. The higher category is ok.
