We stayed at Kiani Beach Resort in mid-September with our one-year-old son and had a great experience. The location is beautiful – directly by the sea with the mountains in the background.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Despite being a large resort, the service felt very personal. The food and drinks were also excellent.
Thanks to the indoor and outdoor pools, the three restaurants and two bars, the resort never felt crowded.
The only area for improvement would be the allergen labelling, which was not always completely consistent.

everything was fantastic. Clean and big room for a family, amazing sea view. Friendly staff, activities every day. For restaurants to choose, good food. Bars serving fresh orange juice not from bottles. Nice pool, nice beach. I already highly commend to my friends . We all will go next summer again. If you want to have a very relaxing and wonderful holiday. This is your best choice.

Food was Great. no sun beds war around pools and beach.. staff excellent. free upgrade to room with privet pool
weakness side of hotel was selection of soft drinks.

Big, Clean Rooms. Great for a family of 4. Staff were friendly to guests, however I saw/ heard management being rude to some staff members.
Food was not good - below expectation of a 5 star hotel
