I loved the beach, it was outstanding! The staff and the food is exceptional
The pool is way too small, the rooms could use a bit of an upgrade and the Spa and gym is not open til 10.30am

Grande accoglienza, pulizia continua, cura del cliente e All inclusive pazzesco, bere e mangiare a volontà. Il posto è di ottimo livello e perfetto per famiglie e coppie, meno per i giovani.
La posizione è decentrata rispetto alle classiche attrazioni dell’isola. Questo è un vero problema, per Balos servono circa 2 ore tra vari mezzi.
E la struttura non organizza escursioni direttamente ma si appoggia a operatori esterni, cosa poco comoda. Animazione molto scarsa e non professionale, però non invadente. L’autista della navetta del ritorno in aeroporto (155€!) guidava guardando continuamente il cellulare, pauroso.
Una nota: sono rimasto malissimo perché quando ho chiesto il “late check out” (cioè trattenermi la mattina del check out fino alle 12) mi hanno chiesto 20 euro. Con i costi che abbiamo affrontato avrebbero potuto evitare e fare un vero simpatico, oltretutto poi ho scoperto fosse già previsto dalla prenotazione con Booking.

Friendly staff. Proximity to beach.Air con in room. Rooms were cleaned daily.
We paid £3000 for an 8 night stay for a swim up pool room. However the room was compact and you could see and hear traffic on the main road that fronts the hotel.The patio door was broken and would not lock. The bed had two body shaped dips in the mattress and was too soft. TV stand blocked the remote receiver so it would not work. Only English TV channels, were news channels. No smart TV, so no option to stream or mirror content. The mini bar is only stocked once per week. 4 cans of fizzy drinks and two beers. Poor quality mixers used in drinks at the bar which are very sweet and artificial tasting. The choice of drinks brands is very poor. One local beer, one vodka, gin,whisky, or brandy. Only local wine. The swim up pool was dirty with mould in the grout between the tiles and was not cleaned in the 8 days we stayed. Staff did nothing to stop guests leaving towels on beds, at pool and beach. We only managed to get a bed by the pool twice in an 8 day stay. The Pool area was not monitored by staff. Food in the restaurants was average. Wide choice but quality was poor. This is not a 5 star hotel by international standards closer to a 3/4 star.
