The location right on the beach was absolutely perfect. The staff generally were fantastic - reception, room service, restaurant, and spa with two notably, Paulina in the spa was excellent, an extremely nice woman and also an excellent masseuse.
On the down side, the staff at the beach bar did not reflect well on the hotel. They were unhelpful, a man who I think was possibly a supervisor or the manager (he was always behind the bar) was rude and surly, and on two occasions there were at least 4 members of staff chatting and laughing together and completely ignored me as I stood at the bar to ask a question and I had to interrupt them to get a response, they literally ignored me!

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel is in a great location right on the beach, and the atmosphere was quiet, calm, and family-friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped with plenty of amenities. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was good. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable experience.
The main downside was the dinner. Our booking included half board by default, but unfortunately, the dinner buffet included in the package was disappointing in terms of quality and variety. We also attended a Cretan night event, which cost an additional €20 per person, but again, we didn’t find the food particularly special or worth the extra charge. Overall, the evening food was the only disappointing part of our stay.

The hotel has an excellent location, with a wide sandy beach and a gentle, shallow entrance to the sea, making it perfect for families with children.
The restaurants are outstanding, and the staff provide excellent service—friendly, efficient, and always attentive. Meals are served quickly, and the overall dining experience is excellent.
The entertainment team is fantastic and creates a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages.
The reception staff are professional and helpful. Every question or request was handled quickly and efficiently. The housekeeping service was excellent. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day and were always spotless, making our stay even more comfortable.
A nice bonus is the little tourist train that departs from the hotel and takes guests to Lake Kournas in about 20 minutes, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and see the famous turtles.
