We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. I was able to dive the elephant and seal caves which were fantastic. There’s a nearby dive shop. I highly recommend Blue Adventures Diving. The beach is small and quaint with nice chairs overlooking the water. Meals were excellent too. Thank you!

It is very beautiful property and meticulously managed. The ground is very clean and room is very clean as well. They have housekeeping three times a day so they constantly stop by and make sure room is cleaned. Breakfast has lots of options and staffs are very friendly. I really enjoyed to stay.

We spent our Whitsun holidays at the JW Marriott Crete with our young kids and had a great time. The resort is beautiful, located right at the quiet end of Marathi Bay. It’s incredibly family-friendly—the staff were amazing with the children, and the kids' pool is perfect since it's shallow, warm, and shaded by a sun sail. Our suite was also great, featuring comfortable sofa beds and its own private pool. The hotel restaurants are good but quite expensive, though there are plenty of nice, cheaper options right along Marathi beach. Definitely recommend it for families!
