Very good

Location was amazing, staff lovely and pool nice and clean.

The beds were hard, rooms smelt musty and the breakfast was average.

You get what you pay for

Location was great. Lovely traditional balinese feel and lovely garden outlook.

Room was tidy but didn't look anything like the photos online, much smaller. Breakfast was very average. But all in all it was cheap and cheerful and fine to stay at.

loved our stay location great staff very good very polite.

Location was terrific , easy access to beach and footpath. breakfast was good. fairly basic omelette, fruits, cereal and asian rice etc

The pillow was very hard, doona cover old and stained , Towell need to be replaced, very worn.

arrived late and hadn’t eaten. nowhere to get food. put in a dark dingy room with uncomfortable bed. I had booked a deluxe room. this was not deluxe.

Quite expensive for the room types. was a bit disappointed.

Nice location on Sanur beach.

The room was very dark, small shuttered window, no glass. The choice of rooms was very confusing, three different types for deluxe. was changed to a smaller room with a big window.

Superb

The old bali feel to the hotel, excellent and attentive staff. Great location, relaxing pool area and right on the beach with great views. Felt totally relaxed for our whole stay. Will definitely be back.

A little more variety for breakfast would have been welcomed.

was situated near the seaside. staff is welcome and good.

In the rooms was smelling of mold. in the hotel’s restaurant the dishes was terrible, even breakfast was almost empty. and they are charging 21% government tax even if you are staying at the hotel.

Great beachfront resort

A very nicely presented property in a great beachside location. Rooms are more in the traditional style. Breakfast was great and the staff extremely obliging

Nothing in particular. The beds while comfy were a little firmer than we are use to.

They eventually fixed the room issue, but still not impressed.

location was good

my booking was for a large double bed, but we got allocated 2 single beds. We also asked for a ground floor room due to mobility issues, but were given a 2nd floor room up very steep stairs.

moderately priced. right on the beach. right next to the main shopping street.

location. right on the beach and right at Jalan Tamblingan where all the restaurants and shops are.

Dated. the resort has been there a long time and furnishing inside seems quite old. the breakfast spread is very limited and just ok.

Change the hotel name first in booking.com

Food I mostly like and location is good

I book for triple primimum room but they give me small single room with 3 bed, what the logic in that? And when I try to cancel they told we get full money. Staff don't know anything about anything. Hotel name is different in booking.com and no one knows that name in anywhere. It's took 3 hours to find room I ask each and every hotel in that area. Bugs are everywhere in room.

Make sure you know the name of the hotel to find it especially when it’s not beach front hotel .

Staff friendly . Hotel ageing but clean and safe .

The name of the hotel is not beach front hotel so at 2am with taxi organized by booking .com we could not find or google hotel it took till 4 am to find which made for a tricky start to a holiday .

Superb

Loved the beautiful garden settings and verandahs on the ground floor units.

It was all very good. Perhaps the restaurant menu could have been better. I would have liked an extra two pillows.

The hotel was catering tobig group bookings many peiple to one room washing everywhere ,kids runing and screaming everywhere just no peace even had dogsvstaying in the rooms yapping all night,we left beforvourvdates were up

Enjoyable place for short stay.

Breakfast was ok but very minimal, not a large selection, however the advantage for Villa Shanti is its central location and the the access to the beach behind, the pool facility was a great place to relax and partake in a few cool Bintangs.

Facility is aged and is the old style Bali Hotel accommodation, but it is still reasonable, rooms have some minor maintenancne issue's particularly in the wet areas, like leaking sinks and poor water flow through the shower.
