Concierge, bell staff, restaurant staff & front desk check in all very helpful & courteous; beautiful botanic gardens for walking!!!
High prices in property’s restaurants - $40 pp for breakfast- we passed on that option; we had requested late checkout & they said no problem but they locked our room keys out

We loved the pool and gym.
We felt this hotel was extremely overpriced for what was offered. The quality of the room was disappointing and did not reflect the price we paid.
There were several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including a loose sink, a bath plug that did not hold water, lifting flooring in the bathroom, and dirty grout around the shower.
We were also concerned to find alcohol left in the fridge and peanuts in a jar in a family room. Our daughter has a peanut allergy, so this was particularly worrying and something we would not expect in accommodation marketed towards families.
Overall, the condition and standard of the room fell well below our expectations given the cost. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel.
