The location which is right next to the station.
The stay was overall good, but I felt the staff could have been a bit more friendly and accommodating. I asked if it was possible to have coffee in the room, but was simply told that they didn’t have any available.

The room was clean and futon bed was comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The place is much less crowded than Kyoto main city area which is nice.
The hot bath area can be cleaner.

The locations was great. The staff was great. My room did not auto-lock as expected and they were easy to communicate with about this. Safe regarding my luggage, and prompt in fixing it.
Although my room was non-smoking, I was down the hall from the smoking room and it showed. Although they did have a air purifier in the room which helped. And they tried in the smoking room with multiple devices..still. It’s hard to stop that smoke smell.
