駅から近く、駐車場も隣にあり便利でした。内装がおしゃれでした。無料のパンやコーヒー、犬のおやつなどのサービスがあり、とても良かったです。

Clean and quiet pet friendly hotel.

A short 10 minutes walking distance from Hankyu Arashiyama Station, but the road surface is not very smooth for pushing big luggage. We didn’t aware that this is a pet-friendly hotel when we make reservation, met cute doggies when we check in. Overall the room is quite spacious, well maintained and clean.

The surrounding of the hotel is very quiet. With the dim yellow lighting along the long corridor, make our way back to our room a bit eerie.. May consider to change to brighter lighting system. =)

Parfait pour visiter Arashiyama

Excellent emplacement dans ce quartier de Kyoto, au pied des montagnes. Etablissement très calme, propre et personnel accueillant. Douches fonctionnelles et lits confortables.

スタッフの対応。朝食がもう少しバリエーションあると嬉しいです．朝食無しですが。ワンチャングッズが充実。部屋にソファがあるともっとくつろげたかもです。

The staff were very helpful and lovely, they made out stay enjoyable

Location was excellent close to all the attractions, reasonable walking distance from JR Train station. The room was spacious easily accommodating 4 adults. The staff were very helpful with information for local buses and arranged for taxis and assisted with the taxi drivers by translating where we needed to be taken to.

Racks or something to put our suitcases on, instead of leaving them on the floor.

Great option in Arashiyama, but Kyoto’s better for non-sweet food!

Comfortable, clean rooms with PJs (gowns) that even fit my tall frame. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice location really close to the macaques and Arashiyama’s main road. Not exactly on the river, but a very short block away. Great to have coffee available around the clock, as well as a fridge and microwave in the room. I miss my dogs; it was nice to see some others in the lobby! (And this was the cleanest dog-friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed in.)

Tiny bathroom. LONG, sweaty walk from the JR station and no taxi would pick us up with suitcases. (Thankfully the hotel called taxis for us on the return trip — so helpful!) Not many dinner options in Arashiyama, which I wish I’d known, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Next time I’ll plan ahead better with meals.

We only stayed one night but was easy to get and from this hotel. there are no frills but good place to stop if you are

7-8 minutes walk to Monkey forest entry and famous waterway. Clean and staff were friendly. very close to train station and bus service to Kyoto city.

Comfortable and unique hotel!

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was comfortable and had a kitchenette, which was helpful because the local restaurants closed early and we had to eat in the room with our convenient store purchases.

It met all our needs.

comfy and quiet stay!

The room was comfy tho the layout makes it seem bit smaller. The bed and shower were comfortable! I enjoyed the peace and quiet. Its near to the subway but bit further from the JR line. The staff were very helpful and gave a small gift when i left! The little personal touches really add to the charms of this place!

Great value, room and location.

The location was great. The room was clean and well equipped - had a desk and a microwave. Great shower / baththoom. The room had big beds. We got small Xmas gifts when we checked out. Very friendly check in.

Worth it!

A very comfy apartment-like room, location is very close to Togetsu bridge and other sightseeing points of Arashiyama. I liked a big twin bed, TV, friendly staff & also coffee available at any time of day.

Amazing location, room, and staff

Very nice and modern room, close to all the tourist locations in the area.

If I have to say one thing it’s that the dog area should have a gate to prevent dogs from running away.
