スタッフの対応がとても丁寧で、任せて安心というイメージを持ちました。朝食はとてもおいしく、満足するモノでした。
お風呂が、間仕切りが普通でなかったので、少し使用するときに不安があった。
自分の予約した部屋の仕様が、TOPページで見て想像したのと、異なっていて少し戸惑った。

Natürlich zuerst einmal die Lage - am Flussufer direkt am Bambuswald - trotz der vielen vielen Besucher in der Gegend ist es ruhig und entspannend im Hotel. Schöne Anlage mit wunderschönem Garten, wir hatten ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer mit Balkon - toll. Dazu das fantastische Essen im Restaurant Kyo und das tolle Cafe mit Terrasse mit Ausblick auf den Fluss.

the staff were amazing. the facility was great. arashiyama is beautiful
way too expensive. meals are overpriced and I felt robbed by the cost of laundry. I paid the same price for a gorgeous hotel 36 floors above Tokyo station and some of their individual facilities and meals were half the price as suiran
