Loved everything about the accommodation..staff, facilities, cleanliness and location. The traditional breakfast delivered to our room each morning was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond.

Fabulously comfortable and spacious. Easy access to bamboo forest etc. A little out of the way for Kyoto centre but it suited us very well.
So comfortable. The beds are huge. The room layout is sensational. Very lovely stay.

We really like the location of the place. We like the fact that we could walk and get breakfast or dinner within 10 minutes.
Although the property was clean, it was very small. We visited during early April so the prices were outrageous and it was definitely overpriced for the stay and for the size of the room.
