Groot domein! Ruime kamer en heel tof zwembad!
Het onbijt was heel moeilijk te vinden wij hebben voor 3 deuren gestaan tegen dat we de juiste locatie gevonden hadden.
Er zijn ook sportactiviteiten in het domein en rond 22u waren ze nog aan het padellen…

La gentilezza del personale, tutti ci hanno fatto sentire accolti e coccolati. La colazione sempre ricca e variegata. La camera molto spaziosa. La zona piscina curata e organizzata benissimo (super Teresa!). In più è posizionato strategicamente per visitare Matera, Altamura, Alberobello e la stessa Gravina che è deliziosa

La cortesia e la dedizione dello staff.
Nota particolare per la signora Marina veramente gentile e comprensiva...ci ha risolto il problema del poter caricare l'auto elettrica pur non avendo colonnine di ricarica dedicate e ci ha trattato in modo perfetto risolvendo dei problemi che non dipendevano dalla struttura.
Ottima la colazione....quasi mai trovati i pasti così caldi e la possibilità di averne altri da fare al momento...tutto buonissimo. Veramente top.

La piscine et la grandeur de l appartement
- pas d ambiance
- pas de restaurant
- qualité médiocre du petit déjeuner
- bar et réception pas approprié pour un hôtel comme celui la
- aucune proposition d activités alors que le lieu est soi disant un lieu de bien être
- un lieu de vacance pour enfant et pas un hôtel de standing style resort
- pas de table sur la mini terrasse ni de séchoir pour sécher les essuies etc.
- trop cher pour ce qui est proposés
