The room seemed reasonably clean. The location is excellent. You can walk much of Thao Dien from it. Quick access the overpass to D1. Nice desk to work at. There is a rooftop seating area with wifi. Easy access. Typical of older Thao Dien buildings.

Very unreasonable check out policy. They start bugging you at 5 minutes to noon to checkout. I was running late due to cutouts on their wifi causing delays in booking an airline ticket. They want paid half day for a 3pm checkout and a full day after that! Curtains don't block light. Hall noise due to no sound isolation. Shower water pressure could have been better. Dated small toilets. No internet TV. The wifi is low performance but useable for email an low demand browsing. The place could definitely use some maintenance. NOTE: This place is no where near what I expected with a 9+ rating on Booking.

Very nice, no fuss stay. Ideal location for hanging out in Thao Dien for a night or two

warm water in the shower was nice and fast. Room was very clean too. Location really good, you can leave the motorbike in the parking area downstairs and walk to the nearby cafes and restaurants

No real complaints. Maybe the TVs could have netflix but that's nitpicking, especially considering the price.

Nice hotel in Thao Dien

Staff were really nice, and the location is absolutely perfect - Thao Dien is a great place for grabbing some nice brunch and wine if you've been in Vietnam a long time and need some western comforts.

Second stay and will stay again when required

This property suited my needs it was very close to where I needed to be in D2 this was my second stay in as many weeks and when required I would stay here again

the shower is horrible. no curtain or glass. The whole bathroom gets wet when you shower

Location. Close to the main street in Thao Dien. Nice size room. Staff were friendly and the bed quite comfortable. Price.

Bathroom. Shower leaked making the floor slippery and without a window it didn't dry and was wet most of the time. No bum gun.

Excellent location

If you're going to district 2, this hotel has a very good location. You can find everything in its vicinity (restaurants, gyms, convenience stores, supermarkets,etc). Also the staff are very quick to respond to messages. I left an envelope containing some documents and they quickly sent it to the front desk ready to be picked up. They also gave bus directions to the hotel which is very helpful.

I think the room smelled weird of some kind of odor. I heard construction going on next to my room.

Booked a few rooms there for a touring band. Didn't stay myself, but the guys were super happy and I also had a chance to chat with the staff few times during their stay and it was always a very pleasant experience. The hotel also has a wide rooftop, though no view from there, but still a nice place to chill and has cover in case it's raining.
