Warm welcome, friendly staff throughout stay. Family room was large, clean and had good facilities. Hotel is grade 2 so lots of character. Food choice quite basic but was well cooked and hot. Nice touch was supplying the kids with an activity pack each. Use of the leisure club was a definite highlight.
No complaints. Building is old and needs money spending on it but there is evidence that this is happening.

Really nice place to stay. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Indeed the place is not new but it is well looked after.

The spacious family room and a lot of character to the hotel
Very dated and need of work, run down in a lot of places and our heating was stuck on full in our bedroom
