Title: What a Pleasant Surprise for a 3-Star Hotel!
We weren't expecting much given the 3-star rating, but this hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The staff were absolutely excellent throughout our stay, especially Shabbir and Jemka, who went above and beyond and offered genuinely 5-star service. Their warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to help made all the difference to our visit.
It's rare to find service this good, and it's clear the team here really cares about their guests. Highly recommend, and a big thank you to Shabbir and Jemka for making our stay so memorable!

Lovely staff. Chilled atmosphere. Comfortable rooms. I really enjoyed the full english breakfast with lovely fresh eggs!
The pool/ spa was great and much appreciated. The countryside location- very peaceful even though 2 mins drive from Shifnal town centre and 5 mins from the motorway!
The owners are busy updating rooms as the hotel needs some TLC.
No lift to first floor rooms.

Set in nice quiet location but very accessible . Enjoyed using the swimming pool . Staff friendly and helpful
Quite dated interior and room was boiling but not sure if we were near a pump room or something because other corridors seemed cooler !
