All good, nice room, great staff, breakfast was not until 8am, I had to leave before this

Staff were excellent, very helpful in solving a tricky start.
Although we were given a superior room, not the one we had booked initially, both the room and bathroom were quite small. Also there was stairs which we struggled to climb. We had booked a ground floor but there was a booking error which was not our fault.

Friendly and helpful staff plus excellent food made for a very pleasant 2-night stay. We loved the location and would definitely stay here again. Good value and comfortable accommodation.

Good position close to Centre, breakfast nice and freshly cooked
The room was smelly, carpet stained and dirty, shower room was old and very compact, we booked a king room but bed was a double, although breakfast was nice the service was difficult we had to ask for juice and coffee on the counter to be topped up, no toast unless large breakfast was ordered, we asked for full English but black pudding missing, just felt disorganised
