I liked the beautiful character of the building , the bedroom was kept clean and tidy , staff where very helpful and friendly

Beautiful Housing and Location away from noisy center but very fast connected with it with bus station out of hotel. Big parking also if you have car.
Expensive, some things ike doorlocks, lamps and windows need renovation. I don't know id it's warm enough in winter.

After speaking to the receptionist (Mica) she arranged for us to be moved into room 14 in the main hotel , the room was a lot better and worth a visit. Its a pity this did not happen on the first day . Mica was very helpful and apologetic and changed the room for us.
Unfortunatly we were put in the smallest room in the lodge area which is not part of the main hotel. When we booked we thought we were in the main hotel . The room was very small and a bit gruby , one window looked onto a brick wall and the other looked onto garden rubbish . The room was very noisy as we could hear the water getting flushed and shower being used from the other rooms , we had very little sleep . We would advise anybody booking to make sure they are in the main hotel. The Lodge is shabby and needing upgraded . Don't think we would stay hear again
