Close to the airport, staff were friendly and polite, room was nice and comfortable for what we needed.
Usually when staying at hotels, in the payment the parking is free. While it gives you a discounted rate, a further fee of £11, was a bit of a surprise. Ok we only stayed the 1 night, but if it were more nights that is a further cost that was not explained in the booking, and could have worked out to be a bit more expensive for the stay. This hinders the staff who work extremely hard, and take a fair bit of abuse, from people who stay as this was witnessed in the bar area. I felt sorry for the lad who was doing his best, on his own at a busy time. In the evenings there really ought to be 2 people, one for the bar and one for check ins. However, I do believe they were short staffed, but he still didnt need that.

Room was good with aircom, with very good bathroom arrangement.
Reception staff a bit obnoxious, full of self importance, not a warm welcome.
Hotel has no atmosphere and is too clinical.
We had to wait for food due to "kitchen deep clean". Should have been done outside of meal times. Overall food was OK, main meal and breakfast taken, although I would have preferred a choice of eggs.
