Hotel was lovely, room was amazing, staff were lovely. Wi-Fi was a little strange as could only register for states in America for a 7 day free trial. In the end, we agreed to a possible payment if we used the wifi. We would definitely use the hotel again, despite the wifi confusion.

This is a second time we stayed at this hotel. Really good breakfast experience (except availability of gluten free bread we ordered in advance - had to ask 3 times for it) .
Room ok, but for a 4* hotel not to have a fridge or mini bar , is a bit disappointing.
Good fitness/spa centre, but with some issues.
Quiet room, comfy beds.
In general, better than last time.
Generally good place with small details clearly not taken care off.
For a 4* hotel i would expect no weird smell in the room.
No fridge in the room.
We preordered gluten free bread , but had to ask 3 times and wait 30 min to get it.
Spa centre - they close most days at 8pm, even with a hottest summer in history. Have to book in a space in advance, and no one tells you this.
Disappointing experience in the changing rooms , dirty showers, knob missing in a shower by the sauna.

The room wasn’t made for our family so we had to make a bed and share a single.
